Userlytics allows us to gather customer feedback 10x faster and cheaper than we would if we worked with a research vendor. It has been an invaluable tool for us and built trust with our development team. We recently ran a quantiative survey (n = 100) and received results in a few hours. This would've been at least a 30-day project with a vendor (kick-off meeting, proposal, contract signing, questionnaire development, fielding, results).
The customer support team (Nate, Luis) is extremely responsive and helpful - they've helped us create multiple custom studies and invite back past participants at no charge. I have been working in Marketing for 10+ years and honestly can not recommend Userlytics enough. The pricing is also significantly better than other platforms we have used. My only complaint is that occasionally the respondents are not high-quality. That being said, if you flag this, the support team will replace with a new respondent at no cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only recommendation for improvement I have so far is in creating short videos for review. It is very hard to review where you are trimming the video and it is hard to find the clips you wish to put together. I figured out a system but I feel it could be improved. Service and support is personalized, price is preferable to the "big guys." Quality of panel participants is very high (in the US at least), even compared with my previous experience with UserZoom. I have been Userlytics for almost a year now and what I really appreciate about it is the completeness of methods and tools for the User Research, also I really appreciate keeping contact with my Account Manager Anna who is really interested in helping us make the most about our expereience with the platform! In my opinion something that could be improved in the platform are the trascriptions of the moderated session of testing, especially when don in languages other than English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard is very well organized and intuitive. The ability to organize by teams and projects is very useful for our complex organizations. Test setup is simple and straightforward. Userlytics helps us optimizing the time spent in user recruiting and session scheduling and let us collect all our insights and have a repository of all previous projects in a very smart way, complete with recordings and data collection.

Something that could be improved would be the automatic transcriptions of the users' interviews, especially when they are not in English. Sometime the script is no 100% consistent with the speaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Access to the participant panel is great - whenever we've had to recruit participants, the majority have been of a good quality, and they are always really quick to recruit, which makes running research really easy.
I like the notifications it sends to remind participants of sessions, as it means it reduces the risk of no-shows.
The ability to share screens is great so we can get participants to share through prototypes.
I also love having the ability to have observers unseen - they can chat in the background to me and view everything without overwhelming participants.
Our account manager, Gaia, is always really quick to respond and provides a brilliant service with helpful answers every time. When I first joined, she was only too happy to talk me through the platform and answer any questions I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be really helpful to be able to change the frequency of session notifications - 24 hour, 12 hour, 1 hour and 10 minutes before is a bit overwhelming for some.
Scheduling is also a bit of a nightmare with participants and observers - it would be great to have one link to send to observers instead of having to manually upload them every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is very straightforward. Things are logically arranged and the builder flows easily. Functionality is quite comprehensive, pricing is reasonable and account support is really excellent. Our account manager Anna is such an incredible asset. She replies to our problems imminently, always supports the work that I am doing and actively listens to our feedback.
The platform is convenient and generally we don't have any recruitment issues and recruit in a timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The usability still needs some improving. Elements such as highlight reels, card sorting etc can be slightly restrictive which is a shame but I am aware that these are all in the roadmap to be improved.
