I've been using Userlytics to get customer feedback and surveys on design and usability. Super useful! Customer support is great. I use it about 3 times every 2 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Userlytics offer access to testers from various demographics, increasing the representation of users across different regions, languages, and specific niche groups could provide more comprehensive feedback, especially for my business which is targeting global or specialized audiences. Userlytics is great because it's easy to use and allows us to gather valuable feedback from real users quickly. The platform offers a full range of tools for conducting remote usability tests, including video recordings, screen captures, and detailed user interactions. The customer support is fast responsive and super helpful. I use it multiple times in my studies and work and it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data collected can be a bit overwhelming, it takes some time to analyze everything but that's the only pinpoint. The collected data can be overwhelming, requiring some time for analysis. However, that's the only drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing for participants to download or install, has a bit of everything to support all kinds of research, very good client support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found Userlytics to have gaps in supporting a researcher's natural work, especially when conducting remote moderated sessions with own recruits. Top issues are: poor participant scheduling experience, little visibility of the participant experience, requiring separate effort for common steps that can be integrated, poor flexibility in building a study.
It would be good to see improved usability of the scheduling feature supporting calendar integration beyond Google. There can also be support to allow invited participants to complete informed consent ahead of their session and easily get session times added to their calendar instead of emails going to the spam folder. Users can have an option to add a session script visible to the moderator during a live session, and have the ability to conduct a test run making the end-to-end participant experience visible. Live sessions can also offer moderator control to have study questions appear together with the interactive prototype. Also have the ability to import study questions from a document. The UI, overall, can also benifit from an investigation toward improved user experience and flexibility.
Note: The feature rating questions do not have any N/A option and I have arbitrarily rated features I have not used yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Userlytics is the flexibility in studies. With other, more expensive services, we were limited in how we used our credits, or for example with UserZoom we could do unlimited usability tests but had to pay extra for other types of tests. Combining study methods is easy and doable on any plan. Scheduling integration has been extremely helpful for us as well. We've been able to run more studies more often and truly get our money's worth with Userlytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features are new, beta, or incomplete, such as moderated studies on mobile. Analytics of quantitative studies is far from being as complete as with bigger packages like Qualtrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have really enjoyed the non moderated portion of Userlytics. I love that I can easily annotate and grab clips to use in my powerpoint research decks.
Overall, it has been easy to navigate and use for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we've used your moderated testers in the past I wish that they would have asked further questions based on someones feedback. For example:
Testers Answer: I'm not really liking this navigation, difficult to use and too cluttered.
Often times the moderater would repeat what they said, but didn't go further for example:
Moderator: Okay, so what I'm hearing is that the navigation might have to much content which makes it hard to use.
It would be nice for them to ask what are some changes you would make or what do you feel is missing, etc. This way we can get better feedback on ways to alter and improve the design and expereince for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a UX professional, it is much easier to share bad news or consructive criticism from an outside source. Userlytics makes it easy to:
a) Recruit the right people
b) Get the right feedback
c) Share that feedback with stakeholders.
Also, their customer service has been great. We have a dedicated rep at Userlytics that has helped us on numerous occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of the results.
And even that seems unfair - we get actionable results in around 24 hours or less in most cases. But in this right-now world we live in, sometimes 24 hours seems like forever! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pool of Userlytics testers is the most helpful. Second I love the transcription of user session. It makes it easier to find the right feed back later. I can focus more on the conversation then taking notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hate the new credit system. I liked the old one when you had a total amount of credits and you could use it for userlytics testers or bring my own users. Now that the credits are split I have all these left over credits for bring my own that I would rather use from the Userlytics testers. Plus alot of our users that we bring have issues getting Userlytics started and we cancel the test or go to Zoom. I would rather bting in Userlytics testers that know the system. I'm not sure I'm going to renew with Userlytics because of the new credit system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Userlytics transformed our testing procedures. Сustomer support is responsive.
The platform is an extensive toolkit encompassing all the necessary features for testing projects, from usability testing to prototype evaluation: perfect design and user-friendly interface.
One of the features we use often is delivering participants tailored to our specific requirements. Their large participant pool provides valuable feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zero to add from my side, I like Userlytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Userlytics is one of the only companies that supports Testflight and Android testing. They have an easy to use user interface with powerful functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes some time to get testers when you screen for specific types of users (to be expected). Very expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very intitutive to use, so the product is not confined to just UX experts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I need to create multiple questions within a test, there isn't enough spacing to separate each question box. I often got disoriented and needed to double check to see which question I was working on.
Not every user meets the requirements of my target audience, but I know it's hard to acheive unless I'm the one actively recruiting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
