What do you like best about Userflow?

UserFlow is very easy to use and provides most of the features we need.

It allows you to build flows in a minute, to make sure your customers know about every feature you provide, create clever content and make sure they get answers to any question they might have. You manage many languages in your content? No worries, their localization manager is very easy to use and you'll get your content ready to be used from anywhere in a second!

And all of this in a beautiful and user-friendly UI.

Congrats guys! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

At the moment I would say that the only things I need are:

- More Users (I can have only 5 people in my team as editors)

- Ability to manage bright/dark mode without duplicating content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userflow helps us bring answer to our customer before they even thought about asking questions. It also gives us more power to promote features and make sure our customers are using our SaaS product the best way they could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm super impressed with the tools from both how easy it is for us to use the and how well thought out the user experience is for the authors, to how well it works for the users also. Really slick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there was an opiton to turn on "Back" buttons for flows so we don't have to add them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giving us in app guided help to reduce our support calls and improve customer aquisition rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userflow?

Their editor is very simple to use, very intuitive and easy to navigate. A key factor for me was that it didn't require installation when I was evaluating it: you can see what the builder and end user experience will look like without committing to code integration.

Once I became a customer, I also appreciated how attentive and quick to respond the team is. I don't know how they do it with so few people on their team, but I rarely wait for longer than a couple of hours for a first response, and I was able to get a resolution for pretty much everything that I wanted to get done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

- Their editor is only supported in Chrome

- Their built-in analytics is very detailed but the user experience of using it is frustrating

- You have to work around some limitations in the mid-tier (only one resource center for example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Userflow, I am not dependent on developers to add tutorials and other onboarding elements to my product. I control the design, content and flows and can change them as much as I'd like whenever I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userflow?

Creating several flows at the same time.

Easy to use.

Quick help when I need it.

Different ways to approach users and track each interaction with the flows created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

When creating flows, there are only 3 ways to personalise the experience: tool tip, bubble, and message. I want to find other ways to activate flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far, the platform has helped me understand our product's limitations when creating the flows.

What do you like best about Userflow?

We have a complex site using iframe and complex dialogs. Userflow made creating complex workflow demos a real joy. We are a technical company , and really appreciated the thought and execution of the software - having some insight into what it takes to create this type of product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

My only real issue is that it is a bit on the expensive side. However, it is a class product and we could justify the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Userflow:

Don't expect to produce a perfect flow first go. Do a number of small but relevant examples. In this way you will get to know exactly how the tools works, and the best way to drive it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to create complex demos across multiple transactional pages. Userflow allows us to do this, allowing customers to get hands on experience. It allows non- technical people to create complex demos quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userflow?

Userflow has an excellent user interface. For a product that helps other Saas products onboard their users, they have done a brilliant job in walking the talk but gone even further and made it intuitive enough not to require onboarding in the first place. You can get started with your first flow in less than 5 mins of using the platform. While simplicity makes it very approachable, sophistication makes it a powerful tool to use.

In addition to the product being great - they have excellent response time for any Support questions you may have.

The team is also constantly adding new innovative functionality and I look forward to being a long time customer as they add more functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

I don't think there's anything I 'dislike' about the tool - but I do have a few thoughts on improvements and a feature request:

(Improve) Pricing: This is not a Userflow issue specifically but an issue with this product category. The entire product category has based pricing on Monthly Active Users. However, this pricing model doesn't work for all companies - especially if your product has seasonal rises in traffic. I don't want to keep thinking about the pricing of my product increasing every time I add 1000 more users. As a product owner, I want to predict my costs, and I think SaaS products that help me do that are always the ones I prefer.

(Feature Request) Persona-based Previews: The product does a brilliant job in simulating the experience for every tour - better than any other. But as you get more advanced and create advanced targetting, it is tough to understand what product tours are active. It would be great to have a feature that allows me to simulate not only one tour but the experience of a specific persona across the entire platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tydy is an enterprise product and used by various user groups. So the problems we are able to solve for are:

(1) Provide contextual guidance for new admin users (without having to read detailed documentation)

(2) Target only the required guidance for different user personas who have specific access

(3) Enable on-demand guides at any point in their journey of using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userflow?

UserFlow has been one of the most quickly adopted products by myself and my team due to the ease of use for those new to creating/working with product tours. The more I dive into the product, the more possibilities I see with it, not just for user onboarding but overall engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userflow?

I wish there was a capability to save templates or create frameworks to organize individual flow pieces to re-use in other flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Userflow:

Go for the trial! Once you walk through the onboarding process of UF while using the product is pretty powerful and indicative of what you can create with Userflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Userflow to revamp our current new user onboarding process as well as an integral part of our engagement and re-engagement strategies for existing and churn risk users. Having the ability for users to opt-in more and self-select tours with the Resource Center and provide more options for "self-serve" troubleshooting has helped free up bandwidth for the team as a whole to prioritize and focus on strategic opps.
