What do you like best about Userback?

Ease of capturing feedback and ability to capture different modes like screenshot, full page, video, etc. Ability to tag and organize feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

There's one more project management board to have to manage in addition to Jira. Even though we can send bugs directly to Jira, the team has to periodically go to the Userback project management board to make sure all bugs have been moved along/aren't stale anymore. I hear you on managing multiple boards. One approach some teams use is keeping Userback as the primary feedback hub and only syncing items to Jira when they're ready for dev work. "Great Webapp Integration, Needs More Flexible Resolution States"
What do you like best about Userback?

The integration into the webapp works well. I especially like the screenshots that are automatically sent with each bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

There is only one resolved state. I want to resolve the issue with multiple states, like "void", "fixed", "won't fix", etc. You can make other intermediate states, but I want multiple states that represent the terminal classification and are eventually removed from view. What do you like best about Userback?

I like the simplicity and functionality. The integration to our platform allows our users to very easily contact us, provide screenshot of the location on our website (annotate issues/leaves notes), and get speedy responses from the stafff. I also truly appreciate the team and developers--it has been a wonderful 4 years of experience as partners and I appreciate the level of support they give my group. Honestly, it's one of the reasons I haven't moved to a different help desk system--it just works for what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

I really don't have much to dislike about it. It provides the level of API access I need to help transfer data from our website to the system. It integrates well and provides what we need.

I think if one thing I had to mention--I wish there was an option to build question fields in certain types of "tickets". It would help us to be able to ask a few up front questions when collecting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
