What do you like best about Userback?

- Session Replay, Console Logs are built in ! Jira integration is also very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

- Targeting users is a bit clunky (it requires me to give them a custom query parameter). Perhaps have a way to target users by login credentials ? SOme users have reported that the admin console freezes up and/or crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Makes it super easy to automate the reporting of issues with various user flows on the website. Especially like how it seamlessly fits into our existing JIRA flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

I really like the UI which is so simple and easy to use for our users to send a screenshot or even video feedback when errors occurred on our website. We help them better by replicating the issues that happen and finding a solution for them. We also use some features for our Internal designer use to collaboratively work on reviewing a design project by uploading a draft design to the platform and inviting our team to review them. What do you dislike about Userback?

I don't have any complaints so far about the product simply because it fits in with my use case. I'm an early user of Userback and seeing them growing so fast by hearing people's feedback, I'm happy to use them for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of the problems that I solved are bug tracking. Many users sometimes have a hard time explaining errors that occurred on their ends because they don't have the technical background to do so. Userback helps us and our users to report the error with simple feedback like screenshots or Videos directly sent to our technical support team to be reviewed and find a solution for them. We also use the software to do design review of our product internally, we use the platform to upload some design draft and invite our team to review those inside the platform. What do you like best about Userback?

Easy to set up specific projects so all info stays united under that project. The easy addition of other team members who need be involved, communicate and manage process cycle makes it clear for everyone (including clients) on what needs address why someone did something in the past or will do again next week- as long they are following outlined procedures well! A great feature about this system is there feedback button - you'll only see it if your logged into account because anyone not signed onto an existing session; which helps protect privacy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

*The introduction video explains the process for designers and clients as well. The use cases on this site offer more information about how it works, but we could also look at our main website to get a better understanding of what's happening.*

*It seems like there are still some details that need work - such as figuring out where feedback should go in relation with design choices or something else not quite clear enough when looking at all three tabs together (Input). Additionally, I don't know if "Design" needs anything before going into its own section because you can see concepts without applying them yet just by scrolling through pages instead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you?

The design team is able to get feedback from clients faster and more efficiently. In-person meetings are replaced by video conferences, which can also be taken anywhere! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
