- Targeting users is a bit clunky (it requires me to give them a custom query parameter). Perhaps have a way to target users by login credentials ? SOme users have reported that the admin console freezes up and/or crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the UI which is so simple and easy to use for our users to send a screenshot or even video feedback when errors occurred on our website. We help them better by replicating the issues that happen and finding a solution for them. We also use some features for our Internal designer use to collaboratively work on reviewing a design project by uploading a draft design to the platform and inviting our team to review them. Easy to set up specific projects so all info stays united under that project. The easy addition of other team members who need be involved, communicate and manage process cycle makes it clear for everyone (including clients) on what needs address why someone did something in the past or will do again next week- as long they are following outlined procedures well! A great feature about this system is there feedback button - you'll only see it if your logged into account because anyone not signed onto an existing session; which helps protect privacy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

*It seems like there are still some details that need work - such as figuring out where feedback should go in relation with design choices or something else not quite clear enough when looking at all three tabs together (Input).
