What do you like best about Userback?

I find Userback to be an amazing tool for web development. It effectively enhances client communication and transparency, which is vital for my projects. I absolutely love its ease of use, which allows me to save time and work more efficiently. Transferring information is seamless, further improving my productivity. The user-friendly interface made the initial setup extremely easy, taking only a few minutes. The screenshot feature and the ability to add on-site scripts were convincing enough for me to switch from Basecamp. What do you like best about Userback?

I like Userback because it makes it easy for clients to log any UI and functionality issues directly in our accounts. I appreciate the easiness, UI, and user experience. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

Ability to integrate directly into a web app for users to report an issue in-situ without needing to email. They can capture a screenshot or recording showing exactly where the issue is. And Userback can then send items directly to our team's Jira board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Feedback Collection That Integrates Seamlessly"
What do you like best about Userback?

Ease of use, and ease of collection of feedback information for technical teams. You can't ask non-technical end users to somehow find their devtools and look for console errors to send along with their ticket, it's just not reasonable. Userback handles that for everyone, and just allows users to focus on getting their requests logged and described as they wish. Couldn't be easier to implement, and it plugs right in to our GitHub and Slack channels. We use it for every project, day in, day out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

I love the fact that Userback can be super lightweight or it can offer a wide variety of functionalities and customizations for a reasonable price. I've used other feedback tools and I can see myself only using this from here on out no matter the size of the organization I'm assisting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

Like any software, there are occasional bugs or a new feature that has room for improvements. UNLIKE other software, the team is super responsive and has, over the course of my usage, even implemented a few direct feature requests that I have submitted. I got updates from the team along the way.

The only other thing to note is that there isn't a high level of customization with the integrations. This makes it both really easy to set up but somewhat limited in customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
