The customized, per user, trainings are by far what sets usecure apart from it's competition, why have all users take the same training when some don't need to be taught about a subject they already have a solid grasp on while missing out on what they are actually weak on? Although they have a more expensive plan that comes with better account compromise detection, I would have loved to see that implemented by default with the base plan even if it made it just a bit more expensive instead of being marketed as basically a full price product as an addon. uSecure from a Supplier perspective is well priced, easy to setup and implement within a clients environment. Integration is a breeze with the initial setup with a client.
From a user perspective, the regular courses are short, informative and entertaining. A good mix to retain the information learned and non-intrusive to business hours.
From both perspectives, the user-interface is easy to navigate and quite to grasp. Logging in daily is never a chore and can be used for a quick glance or more depth setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downsides are the intial time-consuming Gap Assessment Questionnaire.

I create micro learning videos and use U-secure to assist with training staff at various organizations. The layout is very easy to use. Its well laid out, has fantastic customer service, and is very easy to use and integrate into a corporation that needs frequent training provided. There are one or two bugs when it comes to reporting, but they usually get sorted out with an email to support. I would love it if there were more ways to get video content onto the platform as Vimeo is a little tiresom at times. Usecure has 4 main pillars, which are based around training, learning, polices and breaches. As a business we use each of the pillars daily to train our staff and keep the business secure. The phising simulation software is brilliant as this is keeping staff alert to potential phising attacks. The learning modules are great and these can be worked into annual learning stratergies for staff members.
The price of the software is surprising low also.

We Use usecure from last one year and our experience with the product is amazing the way we can manage our info-sec policies and the info-sec training and awareness that is awesome. we have organised 2 phishing simulation from usecure it looks like amazing and with those we can identify gap and close those gaps ad the customer support is excellent we have integrated usecure with our google workspace and that works very smoothly and the time of implementation of this tool is very easy and only with the support of documentation we can do tasks very easily. we use usecure of weekly basis. Usecure's main point of attraction for me was the uPhish feature which allowed me to test users of our clients and their awareness to potentail phishin emails.
The system then gave feedback in a simple and easy to view dashboard which gave us a good insight to the overall level of security within our clients business.

I noticed on a few tests that the dashboard wasn't displaying an accurate count for the level of each breach but this was cleared up as each different type of simulation has different requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming up to 1 year of being an admin on the platform and I have not had any issues whatsoever, from prospects to customers. The platform is simple on both the admin and the user side of things and the automation is great. One of my favourite features is the reporting. We decided to partner with USecure a couple years ago in hopes of educating our end users on the dangers of blindly clicking on email links. When we first went live with our phishing campaign we noticed we were experiencing quite a few compromised users. After about a year of running our campaign, we have noticed our compromised users have dropped significantly. Our users are also using the Report Phishing plugin for outlook to report emails outside of our campaign that may sneak through. We are extremely happy with the results.
