I enjoy the ease of use and the user friendly UI, The availability of new and relevant material is a huge bonus and make the process of courses and phish testing relatable to our user base.
The level of customer support from both our account manager Callum & the support team at MC has been second to none, quick and efficient responses and all are very friendly and patient.
With the assistance from Callum implementing some of the features such a MyCompliance and other recommendations it was all made very simple/easy which helped improve the frequency of testing and learning courses I am able to deploy and has since integrated seamlessly into our processes on a bi weekly / monthly frequency. I do still find some difficulty at times with the process when creating a phish test around the domains, adding them to our own and being sure that the emails wont still be blocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few advantages of the training is having the option to use the quizzes and how easy it is to search and find videos and interactive videos, which helps keep staff engaged in the training. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate when setting up the training.
Meta Support is great, they reply very quickly and resolve issues in good time. Also, very handy is the support they offer to get you trained up on the platform and have sessions/workshops available, if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be good to have more options of videos, it's abit limited for Data Protection.
When setting up the training, it would be good if you could move or copy videos etc to different sections of the training. Example, if I put a video in the wrong section e.g under Info Sec but wanted it under Data Protection section, I have to delete it and search for it again to add it to the correct section.
Would be good to be able to setup certificates more easily when staff complete training, with catch22 logo. If you have this already, apologies, but think you just have a generic one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MetaCompliance’s customer support is truly exceptional, and Sean plays a big part in making it so. Every month, he takes the time to schedule meetings with us, where he doesn’t just check in to ensure everything is running smoothly—he goes the extra mile. Sean shares helpful insights about the latest courses and phishing trends, keeping us informed and ahead of potential risks. He also takes the time to demonstrate MetaCompliance’s newest features in a clear and practical way, making sure we understand how to use them effectively in our daily work. It’s this level of care and attention that makes their support feel less like a service and more like a partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding helpful videos would improve onboarding process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having never used MetaCompliance system before, I have found it extremely easy to use and beneficial for our company's compliance training and policies. The system is straightforward with useful reporting features and simple to create interesting and engaging training materials. The MetaCompliance Security training received from Lucia and the team has been excellent with regular support and touch-point meetings, as well as further training and support from system expert Connal. Meta seamlessly integrates with Teams which is used heavily by our teams at Weev and again provides easy access to the training and compliance system. meta has been extremely straightforward to setup and implement across the business, which is particularly beneficial for a small start-up like ourselves. I use it as lead admin on a weekly basis and track our progress through campaigns and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting function of user completion could be more user-friendly i.e. an overall report listing % completion of all courses/campaigns/policies in one space giving breakdown by employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a subscription to MetaCompliance and another major competitor. We chose to add MetaCompliance to our offerings because it allows us to build our own training course using their modules and incororating our own. Also, a big plus is that we can create our own quizzes for custom content we create and add into a course. The competitor does not allow this.
Also, when we contact support with an issue, we get an answer almost immediately, often with a personally created video showing us exactly what we need to do while narrating the video using our personal name. It is almost as good as a realtime screenshare. I never worry that any issue is going to go unresolved. The competing product's support often takes a full day for a reply and almost always is a link to a somewhat related article. Very frustating! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is a still not as intuitive as I would like but improving. Since we are a US-based company, some of the modules are not as acceptable given the UK-based focused for many. However, it is obvious that this is improving! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Platform has multiple capabilities: fake phishing, great reporting functions, security campaigns, professional development follow-up etc.
- Very professional and truly service-minded organisation (great intake process & customer service)
- Very good value for money
- Reporting module and risk management greatly improved recently (Q4 2024) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Some processes (setting up campaign) are not always clear
- Courses can seem cartoonish (=childish) to some users)
- Reminders can not be set from course to course but only for the entire platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best aspect of MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training is its engaging and interactive approach to educating users. It simplifies complex cybersecurity concepts into easily digestible content, making it accessible for all skill levels. Its modules and real-world scenarios help me understand specific threats, ensuring I stay informed and proactive about security risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement in MetaCompliance Security Awareness Training is the occasional lack of depth in certain modules, which might leave more advanced users wanting additional detail. Finally, incorporating more frequent updates to address emerging cybersecurity threats would ensure the training stays relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using Metacompliance for just about 5 months now. However the training was excelent. their customer team is verry helpful with a lot of additional webinars which are short, and focused on specific topics which helped us a lot in integration.
Our users found the system easy to use and understand which is one of most important thigs for us at the moment.
MetaCompliance has everything we required and even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Probably the biggest downside with this tool is that since we set up and publish a campaign we are not allowed to edit or change certain specifics, however it is an technical limitation at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MetaCompliance is a great platform for building security awareness training. It’s user-friendly, and the content, along with short videos, makes the training easy to understand and allows longer sessions to be broken into manageable parts. The reporting features are also very useful for tracking progress.
The FAQ questions as well are really helpful.
I have been working with Sean Russell for over a year, and he is very supportive. I find the monthly meetings particularly useful, as he shares updates, provides advice on various system-related topics, and training related. Thanks Sean for all your support. I am happy with MetaCompliance. It might be useful to have the ability to amend training after it’s uploaded, with a margin of 2–3 hours for any changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
