The ability to ask AI to recommend training modules has definitely sped up the process of me having to find the material with the message I am trying to communicate. They have also launched a new “gamification” option to have leaderboards around reporting the campaigns, which I think is a great idea. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** My only real complaint has been some compatibility issues with KnowBe4 and Microsoft. It’s always temporary, but there are times when Microsoft makes a change and then KnowBe4 has to adjust something to make things work correctly. The dashboard gives us a clear view of everything in one place, making it easy to track campaigns, monitor user progress and identify where we need to focus our efforts. One feature that's saved us a lot of time is the automatic enrolment of new starters into baseline assessments. It removes a manual task from our onboarding process and ensures everyone starts from the same point. Scheduling quarterly training campaigns is simple, and it's just as easy to launch targeted phishing simulations or awareness campaigns in response to emerging threats, which means our training stays relevant throughout the year rather than becoming an annual tick-box exercise. The integration with our existing systems took a little while to get right, largely because of the work required with our IT provider, but KnowBe4's support team was excellent throughout. They are very informative with interactive quizzes at the end which help solidify what was learned. We also continue to utilize phishing tests which also add new templates often. We are able to select these templates which focus on our specific business. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** The old Kevin Mitnik videos, in my opinion, were a much better format than the newer videos. That being said, the new videos are still very informative. The only true thing I would change would be the disallowing of moving the play toggle or changing video speed. Users have found it quick and informative. With some of the built-in tools, it’s simple to customize training for different types of users and to track how everyone is doing. The built-in AI is especially nice to use, as that simplifies set up even more and makes automating training super easy. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** I haven’t really run into any issues with it so far. It offers tons of options and feels pretty flexible overall. Trainings on AI and AI-related fraud have been added. AI search option has been added. In the previous one, we had to search the training videos and posters via exact names, but now we have the AI option, and all the related videos/content will be generated in the ModStore. But at the same time, the browser catalog option is also available, and this is the best thing. They have not forced everyone to use AI, but they have provided an option for the old ways as well. Now, apart from that, we have the Learning Path page, added by KnowBe4. Here we can go with a dedicated learning path for topics like Incident Reporting, Data Protection/Privacy, and many more topics. Nowadays, other competitors like Adaptivesecurity have developed extensive AI capabilities, and they are offering customized AI-based training where you can use deepfake technologies to create videos based on your top-level management people's facial and voice data. KnowBe4 helps the users identify a phishing attempt and even provides the ability to continue the training if they fall victim to the click. There's even an integration into Outlook to help with data security. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** The AD Sync tool is highly technical. The only interface is a config file of OU, Group, and Users properties you want to sync. By integrating further into 365, I think the sync is easier. It really helps in bringing out the bad actors and their mindsets, and bringing all the trainees up to speed. I love how the campaign emails work; they're very direct, genuine, and real, making the messages feel authentic and really connecting with the users. This approach helps us pass the message across effectively. Just register a profile per user, and all else should be done automatically, training subscriptions, invites, reminders, etc. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping my workforce well-educated on Security Awareness, not only by providing one-off training but by providing a continuous program. I really like the large library of training materials and phishing tests, which is the main thing we use it for. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** I think the foundational reporting could be improved. So far it has been received well. Also looking at KB4's Cloud email security to see how it compares to Abnormal AI. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** There is nothing I can think of that needs attention on their part. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowbe4 has allowed us to use one platform for compliance. We utilized the platform for law enforcement, courts, and IT for CJIS training. Before that, we had (2) systems to handle formal security awareness training and a state platform for CJIS SA training. Almost anything we need is already available, which is really convenient. Having the diamond subscription provided everything we have needed, keeping things straightforward so we don't need to worry about purchasing individual content. The feedback from users on the training quality has been great. The content is up-to-date and engaging. The initial setup was very easy, which I really liked. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** Custom content creation would be great. Being able to create custom AI content would be a huge benefit.
