What do you like best about URVA Sales?

1. The new version of URVA is now twice as fast and much more responsive than the previous version, feetport. It has been improved in terms of speed, with a more organized user interface that provides insights into my team members and their activities in one place. I particularly like the Team Directory, which covers almost everything.

2. In any organization, the support of its team holds significant importance. Mr. Ankit and Kamna Mam serve as an exemplary duo within their company, offering after-sales support that you can trust without any hesitation. They consistently respond to all queries raised and diligently follow up until each matter is resolved to satisfaction. Their dedication and commitment to providing proper resolutions deserve utmost appreciation and applause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about URVA Sales?

This product has potential for improvement based on my daily routine work involving stakeholders. I have identified a few areas that I believe should be addressed in future updates:

1. There are instances where the "Visit Date and Time" is not captured properly. This issue needs to be resolved.

2. The search results should appear with a slight delay of 2 to 3 seconds after the user finishes typing their search query. This will improve the user experience and ensure accurate results and would help to prevent accidental clicks on the wrong results.

3. It would be beneficial to have a calendar feature that enables users to schedule appointments with reminders. This would enhance productivity and organization.

4. Additionally, if feasible, I would appreciate seeing the customer's name displayed CUSTOMER NAME when it is assigned to a user under 'Contact Update' in the "Alerts" menu/section; this would help me to quickly identify who the update is for which customer. accordingly, to prioritize the same.

5. Although it may be a personal preference, I found that the white color of the interface was too dominant and made the icons fade and become less visible. I would suggest using a darker color for the background and a lighter color for the icons to make them stand out more.

6. Last but very important, sometimes it is scary that the customer database doesn't show any customers. Maybe it is an integration problem, but our people suffer a lot whenever this happens.

Overall, I think it is an excellent tool with little improvements and fixes, and I hope these suggestions are taken into consideration for future updates to enhance the overall functionality and usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
