What do you like best about UpStage CRM?

It's an intuitive CRM that is also flexible, meeting the needs of our unusual organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpStage CRM?

I wish there were more robust options for guest checkout and donation that don't require login (that's a comment from patrons). Some patrons also requested an integration with apple wallet for their tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpStage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

UpStage is a much more robust platform than our previous CRM with a much easier user interface. It also has a good deal more functionality than what we previously had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
