Upper Pros and Cons

Upper allows us to import our Customers/Stops easily with from Excel and then utilize the software to efficiently route our drive. The software verifies the addresses for us. Also, their customer service is excellent and responsive. Our business is seasonal so we only use the app for those months and than cancel our subscription and renew the next year. Upper has been a lifesaver for managing our daily routes. It’s super easy to adjust routes on the fly, which is crucial for us because our schedule changes all the time. With Upper, our delivery ops headache has been resolved. What I love most about Upper Route Planner is its real-time tracking. It changed how we manage our deliveries, now we can see where our drivers are without buying any additional hardware. Upperinc offers highly accurate route planning and real-time tracking. The error rate is low, and the system is very user-friendly.
