What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

Panviva is such a helpful, easy, and incredible solution for storing work process/instructions for any business. We are a call-center and have hundreds of work instructions which can be accessed or needed at any moment. This solution is built for that. However, we use Panviva in an even more unique way: as a product catalog.

Our organization sells dental products and we have thousands of product in our portfolio. Panviva allows us to create product pages with colors, photos, technical information, and build out each page as a flowchart to ensure our agents know exactly which product to offer, which products are compatible with particular product, and keep us extremely organized. Any company which has a large product catalog ... I highly reccomend using this solution.

I often joke and say if Panviva didn't exist then I simply wouldn't be able to perform my job. It takes the pain of flipping through 300+ pages of detailed product in a physical catalog and instead makes finding the product only a few clicks away. You can design each page in a way that your agent needs to ask probing questions for process of elmination to find each product.

Panviva is amazing and only continues to get better. Any time I have reached out to the team for support they have responded quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?

The designing and authoring of pages can be a bit tedious and overwhelming to learn. Thankfully once you learn it then it just clicks. I will also say sent this feedback in early on and Panviva sent a member of their team to our organization to give us a hands on training! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

I've been implementing Panviva libraries across healthcare systems for over 10 years. Panviva is still the solution I recommend for any deparment leader needing their staff to work with high levels of efficiency and accruacy amidst constant changes. What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?

Implementing Panviva highlights that we ask our staff to keep up with constantly changing information. The application is easy to update, but you have to make the time to do it. While some enhancements have come quickly, overhauls to reporting and image map functionality have taken longer than I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

Panviva is easy to use, it is a one stop shop! It carries all the information we need and use on a daily basis, very easy to locate what you are looking for. Our department is very fast paced and updates are constantly changing but with Panviva we are always on the same page and updates are received in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?

One thing I would change would be to automatically save any updates added to the homepage, having these updates automatically switch over to an archived folder will save a lot of time when we constantly update information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

There are so many benefits of using Panviva for both end users and content managers or authors. Users enjoy a simple interface that provides quick access to the most used reference documents, awesome search capabilities, and a wide variety of content formats from price lists to step-by-step business processes. Content authors love how Panviva allows reuse of content across multiple user groups and platforms, controls versioning automatically, and manages end user feedback. It has provided a solid platform for serving as the "source of truth" through numerous mergers, product and system launches. Outside of system functionality, the Panviva support team is truly world class and provides a real connection to the company that feels like a continued partnership long after the sale. What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

I love how Panviva transforms and provide storage for content and scripting previously contained in huge physical binders or multiple locations. It is a one stop shop to provide instructions and house links to various documents your employees need quick access to on a daily basis.

Our organization has a very attentive CSM, Kelly Turner. Since Kelly has been our CSM, we are exposed and utilizing all of the wonderful tools Panviva has to offer such as the Panviva Community and the various forums. She keeps us abreast of upcoming changes in a timely manner and is always readily available when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

The ability to compartmentalize information is great.

The feedback system was rudimentary when we initially started using Panviva, but has greatly evolved and works very well now.

The ability to track a document's edit history has really helped with audits.

The ability to control who can view/edit/remove a document has helped us make sure the reps get the information they need without confusion.

The search functionality has greatly improved since we first started using Panviva and helps our reps efficiently find the information they require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland Panviva?

I think our biggest frustration with Panviva are the issues with making mass changes across multiple documents. For example, if you create a template and then use that template across many pages--400 or more in our case--and then need to change something within the template, all documents with the template must be manually changed. There is no "parent" template that you can create and edit that will then edit all of the subsequent templates. Similarly, the global find-and-replace is a nice feature to have on the surface, but we've found that it is temperamental, buggy, and limited in what it can replace. In the 7 years that we've been using Panviva, it does not seem to have improved.

We dislike the limited functionality of the Side Window display. Our reps routinely open side windows for reference information while still using the core Panviva window to follow a procedure, but we are limited by the lack of left tab functionality for the side window display. (For example, a stand-alone window with an A-Z menu on the left side would have been very useful for us in numerous situations.)

The functionality of the Taskflow tab in which arrows always linearly point to the next task, even for branching tasks, is confusing to users and has basically led us not to use it.

Finally, more options for styles/formats, such as a third level of bulletpoints, when creating a document would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

I love the ease of getting needed and requested information to our team. Everyone is provided the same information so it takes a lot of guessing out of performing their role. I also like that the team is able to interact with the authors directly. They are at the pulse of the concerns and updates and it helps to be able to get information directly from them in this way. Furthemore, Our new hires also learn to use Panviva as a trusted resource during training so they become familiar with the application within the first week on the team. Panviva allows users to access information in an efficient manner. In terms of customer support, it is an essential tool for assisting our callers and is frequently used by our representatives. What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

What do you like best about Upland Panviva?

I love how Panviva allows me to break down complex processes into managable steps. Ease of use for back and front end users is a bonus. Our training time has drastically decreased after implementing Panviva and out of all the KM tools I use in my role, Panviva is the easiest to use.
