don't like the look of the work orders, it doesnt print out nice like if you were to get a work order from a shop. Need better integrations with Samsara to send feedback to them. I love UpKeep just the way it is. The setup process was very straightforward and easy, and it continues to be very user-friendly, making my experience with it seamless and efficient. It allows me to complete my work orders correctly, and I find the ability to leave detailed notes on work orders particularly valuable. The main thing I dislike is now that I am into the 1000s work order numbers, they are sorted to the end of the list. I like to have my work orders sorted newest to oldest by work order number. UpKeep is helpful to track assets and work orders associated with that asset or location. UpKeep has also been helpful for keeping track of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles. Our technicians find it easy to use when assigned a work order. Requesters have found the updates helpful and meaningful. We use UpKeep daily to communicate with our crew and requesters. Upkeep could improve the parts management department. I find that Nova needs additional uploaded data to complete some tasks, which requires an extra step on our end. UpKeep is always working to improve, so I am sure these will be updated soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is easy to use and very helpful to me as a Maintenance Manager. I can monitor the progress of work orders and PMs and the use of spare parts.
