What do you like best about UpKeep?

Before switching to UpKeep, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and paperwork — now everything is streamlined into one intuitive platform. The preventive maintenance scheduling and asset tracking tools are both powerful and easy to use. We can now stay ahead of equipment failures, track repair history, and make smarter decisions. We know Who did the PM, When it was done, What task that PM has and when is the next PM.

I also want to highlight UpKeep’s customer support team — they’ve been consistently helpful, responsive, and friendly. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Not all the features work at 100%. I have encountered some bugs with exporting WO and updating some WO. However, their customer support team has always been responsive addressing all the issues. They keep me informed of their progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UpKeep?

Ability to bulk upload work orders and assets with their assignments. User friendly. Easy to edit an asset. Customer support has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

don't like the look of the work orders, it doesnt print out nice like if you were to get a work order from a shop. Need better integrations with Samsara to send feedback to them. I love UpKeep just the way it is. The setup process was very straightforward and easy, and it continues to be very user-friendly, making my experience with it seamless and efficient. It allows me to complete my work orders correctly, and I find the ability to leave detailed notes on work orders particularly valuable. This note-taking feature facilitates clear communication amongst team members, ensuring everyone is informed about what tasks have been done. This kind of effective communication streamlines our workflow, making my work process much more efficient. The main thing I dislike is now that I am into the 1000s work order numbers, they are sorted to the end of the list. I like to have my work orders sorted newest to oldest by work order number. What do you like best about UpKeep?

UpKeep is helpful to track assets and work orders associated with that asset or location. UpKeep has also been helpful for keeping track of preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and vehicles. Our technicians find it easy to use when assigned a work order. Requesters have found the updates helpful and meaningful. We use UpKeep daily to communicate with our crew and requesters. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Upkeep could improve the parts management department. I find that Nova needs additional uploaded data to complete some tasks, which requires an extra step on our end. UpKeep is always working to improve, so I am sure these will be updated soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UpKeep?

The system is easy to use and very helpful to me as a Maintenance Manager. I can monitor the progress of work orders and PMs and the use of spare parts.
