Upkeep provides granular detail that can be customized in an almost infinite number of ways to best suit our business needs. We have found ways to continuously improve our analytics and reporting that have allowed our business to continue to evolve as our capabilities mature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform format is not customizable in all areas. For our use case, we have some unique product requirements that would be nice if we could change some of the embedded fields. UpKeep allows us to efficiently track and coordinate all incoming work orders to help the team be more effecitive with their time and resources. It is such a simple program to use which makes training a breeze. Customer support has been amazing and helped us ease the implematnion and integration into our existing workload. I love how this maintenance tool helps us as a maintenance team stay oranized. With over 10 different businesses that my company owns that we have to manage/keep up and running, this tool is essential. Having managers request our assistance through upkeep helps keep things streamlined and helps us as a team properly disperse WO's to the proper team members and in a prioritized manner.

There isn't many downsides to upkeep. One thing that I would like to be able to do is communicate with managers through the app that are not a paid subscriber.

By far what i like most about upkeep it its ease of use compared to other CMMS systems. The customer support is also amazing. The response time is fast once contact is made Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When i bring up an issue that requires a fix and it is escalated to the engineering team, it takes some time to address it. I would also like to have feedback directed to me on the specific issue raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UpKeep has allowed our maintanance team to ditch paper time sheets while still allows custom reporting for our vacation property rental owner billing setup. We have 7-11 technicians using the mobile app ona daily basis and find it very user friendly. The implementation process about 1 year ago was smooth once planned out and locations, categories, parts were imported into UpKeep. When there have been occasional issues requiring support the UpKeep team has been very frienldy, fast, and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hoping for fully-functional offline mode in the near future (or at least status changes, timers, and parts). It has been in developement for a long time. We are a very remote location with technicians who jump back and forth between weak cell signal and resort wi-fi which can create some gaps in service when on the go. I like Upkeep's customer Service the best. Whether it be through online chat, phonecall, email, or in-person; I have experienced great customer service by very knowledgeable people. I have made a major impact with my company by using Upkeep. This software basically took me by the hand and walked me through the process of being a CMMS operator. The upkeep university and the the staff's ready availabilty to answer questions about it's software, maintenance records in general, and reliabilty has proven to be a game changer for me and the company that I work for. I would prefer that the work orders cannot be closed without completing required fields, similar to how the requests are. For example, techs should have to enter a note, log their time, and checkoff tasks and checklists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UpKeep has been a great tool for tracking our assets and scheduling maintanance/preventative maintanance. We also have all been using UpKeep to track our spending on our assets so that we can asses whether we should repair or replace.
UpKeeps customer support is also very quick and helpful. Their training was very indepth and they will cater to whatever your needs are. They make the software very user friendly and the implementation of data is very easy. Upon finishing their training they assist you in integration all of the data you require to get started. For us the biggest dislike is that we use so many different vendors and contractors that do not use UpKeep and we have to manually send out and input invoices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a simple and easy to use format. Uploading info is very easy. The customer support is fantastic. Customizeable to many different applications and easily used around the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardest part so far has been setting up custom analytics, but that is just a learning curve on my part. I have a training session set up for me to learn more about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
