I like the Nova AI integration in UpKeep. It makes creating a more fluid work order process easier by allowing me to upload files and extract the needed information with AI assistance. Only thing that I've really ran into trouble with UpKeep is being able to scan my manuals because we're an older company. I scan the manuals in using my printer and send them to my email. And I have tried every way I can to make it easier to take the information from the scanned documents and get it into UpKeep and have Nova process it, and it's just been a struggle. This has been day vs night compared to our prior CMMS software. I love the easy to navigate user interface. The mobile app has been extremely handy to use. Vs our other software we used prior to this, i love that i can quickly interact with an actual human being for customer support!

I like the convenience of getting in contact with the vendors who provide the services so we can keep record of all equipment expense conversations.
