The survey dashboard allows our clinic management teams to respond to any issues that may be occurring quickly. The reporting capabilities help us manage multiple locations easily. It is convenient to message our patients on new services or other pertinent information. The bill payment reminders quickly improved our collections process. An always "yes we can" mentality and willingness to work together—it's a refreshing change from most vendors who are painfully rigid in their offerings and terms of their partnership Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upfront?

Take a reactive/passive approach to partnership. By no means am I wanting an aggresive sales team! Rather, I often feel I am asking if we can use the data to do X, or is there a way for us to do Y. Flexibility in speeding up for something urgent or slowing down if need be. Many software vendors are locked into the sprint model and can't flex based on the changing business needs of the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
