The app is fluid and light, it's easy to edit PDFs and do whatever is necessary. Compared to other PDF tools, I consider UPDF to be the best today. The customer support, when I needed it, respond me quickly. The implementation was easy, it's fast to understand how to use the app, I use it every day with no problems! It's not that I don't like, but the AI it's not in the best version...when I ask one thing for example, the AI deliver what I asked for, let's say in 3 "divisions", and each one of them counts as an ask...so, what happened is that I asked 1 time for 1 thing, but the limits of questions go down 3-4 times, doesn't make sense...don't know if I make myself clear enough...
Also, the AI it's not that smart, it doesn't understand some simple comands and a few things are doned pooerly, please, upgrade it!
In the other hand, I feel like it needs more integration with other platforms...maybe calendars and e-mails, or task tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is very close between regular and academic users. There should be more suitable pricing for educational use. I have communicated this to the company many times, but I have not received any results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
