In addition to improving SEO and rankings, UpCity also covers the area of reputation management, becoming an authority in your space while also covering sales and longterm growth. When starting out with UpCity (if you are somewhat advanced), you will walk through a lot of options and methods (such as connecting social profiles and basic seo practices). This may be somewhat annoying to the advanced site owner, but useful for newbies in the space. Not so much a negative, but I had to choose something to dislike. It was easy to compare and contrast different agencies based on whatever criteria we wanted (reviews, location, or their own UpCity rating). Seeing the budget information, industries in which each agency specializes, and other specific information gave us a better sense of who each company was than simply looking at a Google My Business profile or someone's website.
