I love being able to see which co-workers are comin on which days. I also love the map feature that let's you see where everyone is sitting. Being able to star specific people is super helpful. Also, being able to select different options for each day such as "remote - home" or "in office - 2nd floor" is incredibl! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think my only comments about an improvement that I would like to make on Unspot but can't at the moment, is change the location of where I am going to be, the day of. Sometimes I plan on being in office on a certain day, but the morning of, something will come up and I need to be at a different location like "warehouse" and it won't let me change that. I like how simple it is to use, and the overall design of the booking system is clean and easy on the eyes. It’s quick to book a desk, and I don’t have to waste time trying to figure out how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The placement of the “release desk” button is a bit too close to the “check-in” button. I’ve accidentally released my desk a couple of times just because I was in a hurry and misclicked. Also, sometimes the office map doesn’t load correctly, so I have to zoom in and out a few times for it to show up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I like how simple it is to use. I can quickly book a desk or a meeting room with just a couple of clicks, and I really like that I can see where my teammates are sitting for the day. It’s super helpful to plan things, especially when we’re trying to collaborate. The fact that I can do this on my phone or laptop makes it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The notifications can get a little annoying. I get reminders for my bookings a bit too often. It would be cool if I could tweak those settings a bit so it’s not so spammy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UnSpot is really user-friendly, and I like that it doesn’t take much time to learn. The desk and room booking features are very straightforward – you can reserve a spot in just a couple of clicks, which is nice. I also like the internal help desk feature. It's been handy for small tech problems that come up, so I don’t have to contact IT every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’d be nice if they improved the notifications – I’ve missed a few reminders about my bookings, and sometimes it’s hard to tell when someone cancels a room. Also, the search could be better. It’s a bit limited when you’re trying to find specific information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like how easy it is to book a desk or meeting room. It’s a pretty straightforward system, so I can just go into the app and grab a space without fussing around. The hybrid schedule feature is a bonus for keeping track of who’s in the office. Now I know when my teammates will be around, which makes planning group work way simpler. We didn't even know we needed this until we started using it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it feels a bit clunky on the mobile version, like there are extra steps that could probably be skipped. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be a little annoying when you're trying to quickly book a spot. Occasionally, it also takes a moment to update after reserving, so you’re not sure if it’s saved. I like how simple it is to find a desk or meeting room. The app layout is clear, and I don’t need to hunt around for the options. It’s also great that I can see where my team is sitting, so if I want to work close to them, I can just pick a nearby desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, it’s a bit slow to load when there are too many people trying to book at the same time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be annoying when I need to grab a space quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UnSpot’s interface is clear and user-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone to schedule meetings or book rooms ahead of time. I really like that the system shows everything clearly, so there’s no confusion when we need a space for conferences or team sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price feels a bit on the higher side, which might be tough for smaller teams or companies. It’s great software, but a slightly cheaper option would make it more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing is how simple it is to use. I can easily book a desk or meeting room, and I love being able to see which of my coworkers are in the office. It helps me feel more connected, especially when I know who I’ll be working with that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s nothing major to complain about. Maybe adding more color customization options would make it even better, but it’s already pretty solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that I can see which days my colleagues are planning to come in and where they’re sitting. It’s such a timesaver because I don’t have to ask around or message people to figure it out. I can plan my office days based on that info, and it’s just super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pop-up asking to share my booking is kind of annoying. I don’t really see the point in that feature, so I wish it was optional or could be turned off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most is how flexible it is. Being able to design the entire office space, right down to the number of desks and chairs, is super useful. It feels like you’re customizing the space exactly how you want it. It’s perfect for keeping track of all the little details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does get a bit laggy sometimes, especially when booking resources like meeting rooms. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I think the interface could use a bit of polishing to make it smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
