I do like some of the new interface improvements and tech support is usually very knowledgeable so you don't have to get transferred from department to department when an issue arrives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Retention is the big issue here. I'm not sure when this changed, but in the past, when the device was full, it would clear out the oldest backups in order to complete a new backup. A few months ago, my device decided to just arbitrarily delete the most recent 2 months of backups in order to create space. That certainly was not expected and tech support says that is now "normal". Maybe it is normal, but that is ridiculously unintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
