What do you like best about Unifize?

Unifize brought our company into the modern age. We now use it for everything, and add new processes constantly. We have found that it is user friendly, easy to learn, capable of adapting to our needs, and has the best support team in the industry. In an industry that is typically not tech driven and with an older leadership group- the patience and willingness to work with us has been the real difference. I recommend this software and company to my friends and colleagues regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

The least liked thing about Unifize to us is that you must view things as charts instead of folders. However, it still works once you get accustomed to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifize solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this for everthing: customer feedback, non-conformances, employee feedback, safety reporting, training records, exams, etc.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unifize?

We've been using this software daily for a while now, and it has significantly improved our workflow. One of the best features is that all our processes are consolidated in one spot, making it easy to access everything we need. The software’s ability to link processes together allows us to get a clear snapshot of the day's issues, which is extremely helpful for staying organised.

Collaboration is also a breeze. It’s simple to bring in team members, have conversations, and keep everyone on the same page. Tracking processes is straight forward, and filtering chats to find specific information is a great tool. This makes our work much more efficient and helps us stay on top of ongoing tasks.

Customer support is another highlight - whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick and effective in resolving issues or updating forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be the occasional lag in speed, though this could also be related to our devices. Additionally, I’d love to see the ability to create and customise PDFs, as that would add another layer of convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifize solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software has been a game-changer for our business by helping us stay on top of open tasks and track them all the way through to completion. It eliminates the need to rely on outdated Excel spreadsheets for task management, allowing us to input tasks as conversations and then easily remove them from sight once they’re completed. This streamlined process saves us a lot of time and effort while keeping things organized.

One of the standout features is the ability to have tracked, linked fields that pull everything together. This integration makes it much easier to consolidate and generate reports, capturing all of our daily issues in one place. It removes the complexity of managing multiple disconnected systems and provides a clear, unified view of everything we need to address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unifize?

Prior to Unifize, our eQMS was nothing short of a burden—rigid, expensive, and riddled with inefficiencies. Our previous system wasn’t just cumbersome; we were constantly resorting to "workarounds" just to complete basic tasks, which slowed down operations and created frustrations across teams.

Unifize completely transformed how we manage our processes, offering seamless integration with our existing systems and bringing remarkable improvements to areas that once felt unmanageable. For example, getting various departments across multiple sites to adhere to the document control process used to be an uphill battle. Now, those same teams—who once found the process frustrating—are performing it with minimal assistance, even on their first attempts. This ease of use has significantly improved personnel acceptance, and the automated triggers within the system ensure processes are followed consistently. As we onboard more processes, the number of users logging in daily continues to rise.

In addition to ease of integration and implementation, we’ve experienced a significant boost in data visibility and analysis. Before Unifize, we had to manually export, recode, and merge data from various spreadsheets to chart trends on product performance. Now, we can easily track trends over time for an entire product line or drill down into individual products, sites, components, or suppliers. The system’s ability to "call in" data automatically and in real time has been a game-changer, saving us hours of manual work.

Unifize has become more than just a replacement for our old eQMS. It’s evolving into a comprehensive organizational system. Its ease of collaboration across departments and external stakeholders, combined with nearly limitless flexibility for customizing processes and data management, makes it indispensable.

We’ve been on the Unifize journey for about a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the Unifize team. They’re not just responsive and supportive; they share our drive for continuous improvement, turning our system into an all-encompassing solution that evolves with our business needs.Collaborating with the Unifize team as we continue to integrate new processes is a pleasure.

In short - SharePoint-based and standalone systems like CRM, FSM, and eQMS now feel outdated in comparison. Unifize isn’t just a solution—it’s the future of process management. With its cost savings, improved productivity, and enhanced flexibility, it’s a no-brainer. The future IS here. The future IS Unifize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

While there are many things to like about Unifize, no system is without its minor areas for improvement. One of the things I appreciate most is that they are very open to suggestions and continuously work on enhancing the platform. For instance, I’ve suggested adding the ability to trend against ages, which would be useful for certain analyses, and they’ve been receptive to this idea. I also appreciate the multiple charting and comparison options they currently offer, which allow for comprehensive data insights.

If there’s one improvement that could take Unifize to the next level, it would be developing project scheduling capabilities, including Gantt charting, especially for GAMP5 requirements. This would allow for even more streamlined project management, integrating scheduling into their already robust system.

We’ve encountered occasional slowdowns with the system, but I have to give credit where it’s due: the Unifize team is always quick to address these issues and implement real solutions. Unlike other software providers that typically offer costly "workarounds" without resolving the core problem, Unifize focuses on implementing actual fixes within the software. Their commitment to continuous improvement is a big reason why I trust the platform.

Having worked with several QMS and eQMS systems in the past, none have been capable of the same outputs as Unifize without requiring additional application integrations (such as PowerBI for charting). The fact that Unifize manages to deliver such comprehensive functionality within a single platform is a huge advantage.

In short, while there are a few features that could enhance the system further, the overall experience with Unifize remains excellent. Their openness to feedback and dedication to refining the software make them stand out from the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unifize is solving multiple problems related to data and process management, integration, and flexibility. In a traditional QMS context, it has significantly improved how we handle document control, nonconformances, CAPAs, and internal audits. The system’s flexibility and seamless integration have not only streamlined these essential processes but also laid the groundwork for broader operational improvements.

Moving beyond traditional QMS functions, Unifize is now helping us expand into additional areas such as project management, encompassing departments like sales, customer service, engineering, and project management. We’re also seeing the potential for improvements in calibration processes. The system’s adaptability means we’re no longer confined to rigid workflows but can tailor it to support a wider range of business needs, driving efficiency across the board. What do you like best about Unifize?

I love how the customization options in the process builder allow me to fine tune the software to my specific needs, and the after sales support has been phenomenal. The team has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. The SharePoint integration is pretty neat too. The software is fairly intuitive so it doesn't take long for me to train new users within our organization. I was able to grant an auditor read only access during an audit as well and he picked it right up. We use Unifize every day to manage our calibration program, corrective actions, audit schedule, management of change, and much more. We plan on using it for all of our training, document control, and other QMS processes in the near future as well. Unifize has been one of our best moves yet in terms of managing our QMS. We've even used it for some non-QMS related processes too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

No dark mode (I'm a dark mode maxi) and no process view in the mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unifize helps us aggregate massive amounts of records and data into one place, which has helped streamline the daunting task of QMS maintenance. It has enabled me as a Quality Manager to spend more one on one time helping train and assist other personnel throughout our organization, which has had a tangible positive impact on quality and continuous improvement. What do you like best about Unifize?

What I love most about Unifize is that it’s far from your typical out-of-the-box quality management system. The platform is fully customizable to suit the unique needs of your organization, down to the smallest detail. There's no need to adjust your existing quality processes—Unifize adapts to your workflow, ensuring a solution that's truly tailored to your business.

The ease of implementation was a standout feature for us. The Unifize team went above and beyond, seamlessly migrating all of our existing data into the system and holding weekly meetings to fine-tune the platform to our specific needs before we even went live. From day one, we had a fully functioning system tailored to our operations.

Unifize’s customer support is simply unmatched. They respond quickly to any issues, and even faster to developing solutions or configuring new processes as needs arise. Hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Lastly, the system itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It’s not just limited to quality management—it integrates seamlessly across the entire organization, allowing for full visibility into every aspect of production from start to finish. The platform brings the transparency we strive for in our operations, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

My main challenge with Unifize is the lack of version control for its build processes. This can sometimes result in data becoming hidden or harder to access for older documents that were created under the original configuration. Version control would ensure that all data remains easily accessible, even as changes are made over time.

Another pain point is related to our growth with the system. As one of the first customers, we've had the opportunity to see a lot of our feedback incorporated into Unifize’s design, which is great. However, when new improvements are introduced, it can be tedious to go back and adjust existing configurations to take full advantage of the latest features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unifize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unifize has been instrumental in providing complete transparency across the entire lifecycle of our products, from cradle to grave. We no longer waste time hunting down information—it’s all readily accessible at our fingertips. With multiple departments now integrated into the system, we’ve seen a tremendous boost in cross-collaboration. Information that once required lengthy email chains is now easily accessible within the platform.

Additionally, the quality processes we've implemented in Unifize have significantly reduced the manpower needed for tasks like out-of-spec investigations, finished product approvals, and managing non-conformances. One of the most impactful benefits is how updates are handled. When a product change is made, it only needs to be updated once. All linked documents are automatically updated with a single click, eliminating the time-consuming process of individually updating and saving each document.

Ultimately, Unifize has saved us an incredible amount of time, allowing us to operate more efficiently and focus on higher-value tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unifize?

Using the process builder to update and change processes on the fly is extremely helpful. Being able to track and link documents together so you don't have to manually keep track or hunt documents down took a lot off of the quality and compliance plates. The developers maintain contact throughtout the implementation and after implementation to ensure things are running smoothly, they are helpful and have answered any questions we've had in less than 24 hours, if we had a request to change something it was done within 24 hours. If you need a process that is outside the scope of a QMS you can build it yourself or work with the developers in getting it built. Overall this is an excellent piece of software and has really got things moving with our QMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

The only downside I've seen with Unifize is there is no dark mode. Other than that Unifize is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easier tracking of NCs, CAPAs, ECNs, document control and revisions of documents, internal audits, and customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unifize manages all of our nonconformance reporting (NCRs) along with tracking Supplier Performance, scrap costs, customer concerns, corrective actions and auditing (supplier, process and internal). The great part is how all of these process can belinked together providing an easy way to find information or manage data for reveiw. By managing these processes through Unifize we also have the ability to manage the data integrety, ensuring that proper information is provided before an occurnce is closed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
