Through increased event operations with our organization, we're always hoping to leverage Momentus Elite in ways that continue to streamline our process. We find that the program can be a little finicky and encounter roadblocks with true customization. Anything we can't find a workaround for usually waits until Momentus Technologies does a semi-annual update, and they do their best to incorporate our feedback, but we often find that the same half a dozen small details get overlooked in each update. I love how much the program can do, we are able to keep incident reports and Post-show reports in the system, track attendance and revenue, house and distribute all event information via live documents that everyone has access to, and more. It really is a great system that easily allows for information to be shared with a large group of people with out having to send multiple links and create a ton of spreadsheets or documents.
