i like how flexible umbraco is for example it allows the user to create data types and data types within data types. it has makes it easy to reuse documents when creating multiple pages. and the user interface is very simple and clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

umbraco was the first cms ive used so i found the learning curve a bit steep at the very beginning, there are some good tutorials online that helped but the community isnt very big but hopefully that can change with time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly I could not name many things I dislike about Umbraco. If I had to name a downside, it would be that sometimes there can be a steep learnng curve for new technical users, but this again is offset by the supperb support and ease of integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multi-domain / multi-language feature is not very convenient (but it gets better from version to version).

Pretty much anything is possible, as long as you read the documentation and spend the necessary time!

It is so easy to use, maybe not right out of the box, but once it's started, nothing can stop it.

Coming from a WordPress environment, there are many features that make Umbraco better and easier to implement and integrate. Implementation is always quick amd easy. Every website I've done in the past years use Umbraco, so it is worth learning and switching over!

Nothing to complain about Umbraco, unless the efforts I had to make to learn Razor. Coming from a multimedia environment, I knew some C#. But there's still that learning curve. It is not that steep, but it's there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
