Uku i very user friendly and easy to use. It's simple and is giving you a nice overview of the clients and their tasks. Implementing the system seems to go easy and there is only few complications. - repetitive tasks (a must have in accounting!)

- subtasks that can be checked off

- can comment on tasks and add files (so you don't forget anything, even small things)

- you get a notification when others comment on a task (or finish a task) you are also following

- easy task routing, so everything is done on time

- you can create a dropdown list with "current state of the task", which is convenient to monitor in the report (a must have with annual reports)

- saved reports

- stopwatch (start and finish with one click)

- sending emails through Uku (quick and easy, also lets others see if and what email has been sent)

- customer support is always extremely helpful

I've been using Uku for a while now and I have to say it's been a great experience. I particularly like the simple and intuitive interface of the program, which makes it very easy to manage daily tasks.
