For years, we had issues with our client's email servers randomly rejecting email leads from their website. When we created the site, we would test out the forms and the client would receive them, but randomly, after months of working, the client would not recieve an email or two from their website. This was frustrating for us because we are an SEO company and want to make sure every lead we bring to the client is seen. Sendgrid does an excellent job at showing us what web forms were filled out that day and if they bounced, dropped, or received by the client.
