What do you like best about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
It's easy to capture all kind of invoices, user friendly interface to help all AP deparment to enter every invoince onn time to grow the business. We use this on a daily basis to create invoicing. it also integrates great with our accounts receivable software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
Pricing is kind of high, capture fields are limited and it's hard to set up a new one. Sometime support is hard to reach, or ticket takes too long to be solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
It is great being able to send a timesheet or expense report to my supervisor for approval without needing to print and sign it. It is also very helpful in moving documents between employees located in different physical locations (no more invoices lost in transit). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
Some of the features are not as intuitive as one would expect with modern software. There is sometimes a delay between the entering of information and the ability to submit it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
I love the OOTB application that is pretty much setup and ready to run given you utilize the existing metadata fields that they provide and you want to capture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
The customization of the product can be a bit difficult to do. If you simply want to add another piece of metadata to capture, it is a very tedious process to make this happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
I like that we use a general template for all payments that is uploaded in Readsoft. The payment then automatically goes through approval levels in Readsoft and once approved is uploaded to SAP. This is great because it is automatically processed into our ERP system while the check or wire is being processed, after approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices?
I do not like, however, the fact that if you get one small thing wrong on the template the system with reject it because this will create a problem with the upload into SAP. It takes about 4 to 5 uploads to finally get used to all of the little tricks so Readsoft will not reject payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

this a good product. It work on a invoice capture of metadata. There are some modules for easily way to work . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As opposed to Prodagio, which i used formerly, I am being required to put in a PO for legal invoices. These usually have no PO. Also, you do not immediately get a remittance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
