Adding exiting funnels into the system is quick and easy. We also use the API to pull information into our own custom reporting, the API is great to work with and the testing options are quick and simple to use.
We also make extensive use of the event tracer, giving us clear data with a plethora of filtering options.
I should also add that the customer support are very helpful and polite explaining the problems and pointing out the docs required so we can not only see why something was solved, but also how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user is separate from the partner account, so sometimes when the partner signs up it get rejected as they didn't set their user correctly.
Reporting can be a bit slow having to jump between conversion reports, event tracer logs, and other pages, but this has been partly addressed with the conversion data now available with a click in the reports.
The datalog time restrictions can be annoying, but we setup an auto download of the zips, so we can store that data offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you get familiar with building offers and adding parters then it's pretty strait forward and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside would be from the most recent UI update. The partners report used to have all the totals at the bottom, but now only the current page totals are at the bottom. Bring that back and it'll be 5 stars all the way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is rather easy to understand, ease of access, variety of reports as well as variety of filters. As a user of many other Affiliate management platforms, I can navigate rather easily and I understand the logic behind the structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No auto-payments is a big disadvantage - if we have more clients, it takes a lot of manpower to do manual work every month to generate payments. Bugs in reports and payments - data sometimes is duplicated for no reason, payments can't be generated for the needed period - and the issue is not being fixed for a while. Data export is rather limited in regards to the formats. Navigation could be more user friendly in a way that clicking on certain fields would give more info, and not an empty or error page. Partner view is a bit unclear and you have to make at least few clicks to get what you need. Recent update removed certain date filters, which complicates analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature set is very complete and able to accomplish the needs of a wide variety of customers. The flexibility for providing a wide array of offers to partners is great. I am very impressed with the fraud monitoring capabilities, something completely absent in other networks. TUNE provides support for more creative types than other networks, offering video and javascript creatives among all of the other standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting is awkward. It can be cumbersome to jump between conversion reports, event tracer logs, and other report pages. Perhaps this can be corrected by saving some custom reports, but there should be some better default templates built-in.
We have not yet figured out if TUNE offers split attribution or leap-frog attribution (first click attribution).
There is no existing partner discovery tool. It would be advantageous to provide access to publishers already participating in TUNE partnerships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support is exceptional; in the rare times you can't figure something out or understand, they are there to help. However, I want to stress: the setup and management of the platform is frankly robust and easy (two things that rarely go together), so it's rare you need support. While TUNE is robust, it will require shifting over to the API for customization features. That's not a knock: as long as you are happy with the basics, you should be fine. But if you want customized organization of creatives, for instance, even to the point of just choosing the display order, you are in the API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am happy with account managers. Straight forward and seamless integration. TUNE Co works perfectly with all other programs and platforms out there. Easy to integrate with the publishers tracking systems, no matter what they are using. Simple API access and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike not the very best user experience. Reports are lacking details and usually graphs (Getting better with recent updates). Not that easy to filter data and similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can have users create their own links and be able to view their own reporting, without having to get a direct feed from a marketer, freeing up valuable time for other activities. It also helps us manage different types of pixels from different vendors, and place pixels on different parts of our funnel so we can see exactly where dropoff occurs so that we can implement edits to make the funnel perform better at it's weakest spots. I dislike that there's always some sort of discrepancy. While we use these numbers as a guideline for affiliates, we do not use it for official payout numbers, as they are rarely one-to-one. This could be based on different systems integrations. It's been much more accurate at my current company than my last. I also dislike that you can only get some fields in some reports and some fields in others. This makes reporting a little tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to see what we have done over several years. Data collection over several years. The informative modular reporting. I am able to quickly create links for publishers. Also publishers are able to create an account and can quickly integrate within our system. Lastly, Tune allows multiple ways to track offers that are made within the system. Also if you are ever having an issue, Tune has tons of different guides that you can look up to solve any potential issues that have appeared. Overall really helpful. Some of the changes made were not properly shared with users. When you are used to using the same reporting over several weeks if not months, and then all the sudden it is changed. This is only a slight problem as you eventually get used to the reporting.
Also I wish each separate account allowed for customization. I personally enjoy dark mode in 99% of the platforms I use on a daily basis. I wish that Tune had the ability for you to select your homepage as well. I personally would love that if as soon I log in, there is already a specific report that is loaded. Right now I have to take about 3 extra steps to find the correct reporting. Just a simple quality of life thing that would be that little push to greatness.
Last little thing is related to the event tracer. Just wish that some data was available for the last 2 or 3 months. Sometimes I have to go back and take a look at something that happened last week and I just barely miss out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to say. Probably the snapshot screen with all of the latest notifications and happenings. That's useful and easy to navigate. Appreciate the daily stats breakdown as well. I also like that I can generate a conversion through testing the affiliates postback in Has Offers, opposed to having to use a real or fake credit card to process a sale through an funnel. This is probably the most helpful feature in Has Offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A lot. First off, Has Offers/Tune is the only affiliate portal I'm aware of where you can't simply login as an affiliate through their portal, without logging you out of the Admin portal. It's archaic. Generally, the affiliate portal just starts a new user session and you remain logged into the admin side, but in the case of Has Offers, it doesn't and forces you to use the affiliate portal instead. This should be fixed.
The search function for publishers is terrible. It's not keyword specific, so it doesn't pull the right publishers. For instance, if I search our publisher W4, it pops up any affiliates with W or 4 in their name.
Every other affiliate portal I've used (Hitpath, Cake, Impact Radius) simply allow you to increase publisher payouts manually by issuing payout overrides. Has Offers is the only system where you can't do that. You have to create an offer goal, and that's tied to a bunch of other stipulations. It's so far from user friendly it's ridiculous. This is a huge issue for us.
Creatives are not easy to locate/download. For us, we're a network, and we need be able to batch download creatives. With Has Offers this feature is not accessible. You can only download all of the creatives for each advertiser 1 by 1.
Hitpath and other affiliate tracking platforms all offer capabilities for the above features. Has Offers needs to get with the times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Tune platform is straightforward and can satisfy programs with basic needs. You can't beat the price and what you get for it. The reporting tool provides enough options to get me the information I need to help me manage my programs. The fraud tool is easy and gives me piece of mind knowing that there's one less thing to worry about with regards to optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of administrative things that could be improved. I get a lot of requests from legal and accounting teams regarding certain aspects of my program. I find that fulfilling these requests is less than ideal using the current UI of the Tune platform. For example, accounting wants a historical record of payout changes for partners (for auditing purposes). I find that this is hard to provide although I know CJ has a good system to provide that information so I know it is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
