**What do you like best about TUIO?**

Our school’s finance team is working in an organised and constant way which we couldn’t think of before. TUIO makes it possible.The platform automates our invoicing, enrollment, and payment processing seamlessly. I especially love their bank-level security and AWS Shield DDoS protection.It gives us complete peace of mind that parent and student data are safe. The Roles & Permissions feature lets us control access by staff level. This reduces human error mostly and protects sensitive financial data.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

The dashboard can feel a bit packed with features at first. But once you go through their quick onboarding session (included for free!), it becomes second nature.

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

According to me, TUIO’s transparent pricing changes the whole context. It has no hidden charges, no surprise fees. Therefore one can see the real scenario and make a wise decision. We started with their Starter Plan, and the fact that it comes with no contracts or monthly costs made it easy for us to test before fully committing. The uptime reliability has been flawless, and support is lightning fast.If you’re tired of managing spreadsheets or insecure payment portals, TUIO is worth it. It saves time, secures data, and keeps billing perfectly organized.

Honestly, managing student enrollment used to stress me out. It felt like chaos all the time.With TUIO everything is in one place—applications, class assignments, program info, even sibling records. I can update things quickly, see the full picture in seconds, and not worry that something got missed.

Payment flexibility is an option that is appreciated by parents and teachers all over the world.TUIO offers that level of flexibility for schools like ours where diverse financial needs are required. We have structured plans, like - monthly, quarterly, or custom split options. The interesting thing is all these arrangements don't need any manual adjustments and all.This helps families to pay tuition in one lump sum and relieves them from stress sometimes.This automation is really amazing.

We are very much glad to have TUIO besides us. It solves our manual workload and significantly increases the cash flow predictability and this hits amazingly.

It solves our confusion or pain point which is managing varied payment needs across multiple programs. But we get the automation system with custom enrollment packages and partial payment options in bonus. So that we no longer need to manually track who paid what, or chase down paperwork. Everything is automated and accessible to both staff and parents. This increases our relationship depth. On the other hand, it significantly improved our cash flow, reduced billing errors, and enhanced parent satisfaction.

It seems everything is crystal clear with TUIO. Payments, tuition plans, activity fees—parents can see exactly where they stand, and we don’t have to field endless questions or double-check spreadsheets. **What do you like best about TUIO?**

TUIO performs consistently and it does not look at how much we scale. We’ve seen no slowdowns, lags, or system errors and it makes it definitely different from others. It works the same even during high-volume usage periods like re-enrollment or the start of the academic year.The reporting and analytics tools grow with our needs and we can use them according to our needs. TUIO provides reports to help us with forecasting, reconciliation, and board reporting.I like their continuous fast offering and personalized support. We never feel like just another customer.

We like every step of the system. It not only makes our business organised but also helps to grow in a constant way. No major issues at all.

What I noticed unique in TUIO is how well it handles multiple student enrollments under a single family account. Therefore parents who have more than one child can manage everything in one place effortlessly. It gives us relief instantly as our team no longer needs to manually sync sibling records or duplicate data entry. We also love TUIO’s custom billing structure capabilities. Our new programs have different payment plans andTUIO allowed us to introduce it. So we can easily create tailored fee schedules per student, per class, or per term. We don’t need to bother whether it’s annual tuition, monthly payments, or special activity fees. Everything is configurable here.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

I have zero complaints about TUIO. If a dashboard widget showing real-time enrollment stats by program, then it would be a helpful addition. Otherwise everything is okay.

**What do you like best about TUIO?**

We started using TUIO when our school had just under 50 students. At the time, reliability matters the most for us in managing tuition payments and enrollment. With our utter surprise we have experienced effortless TUIO scaled with us. After 18 months we doubled in size and got more effective.

I really appreciate their design which keeps scalability in mind and allows us to easily add anything. Like - new programmes, adjust billing structures, and onboard more families—without needing to overhaul our processes. The automated invoicing is mindblowing and so are the flexible payment options. Also the enrollment tools worked just as smoothly for 100+ students as they did for 40.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

It would be great if it can make more automation for multiprogramme families like bulk enrollment adjustments across different age groups.

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TUIO’s user roles and permissions are scalable too. This helps us to delegate responsibilities across our growing administrative team. What I like the most is the capability of adopting new features and all. New staff could be trained in a matter of minutes, unbelievable performance. I would also like to thank the intuitive dashboard and excellent customer support.

**What do you like best about TUIO?**

We were buried in paper works before using TUIO. Our finance team spend most of the time about collecting tution fees, sending reminders,and dealing with late payments. Now time has changed and we get TUIO where everything is automated. Parents get regular reminders, payments are processed systematically and smooth transaction can be tracked in real time.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

The page loading time is higher than usual. Sometimes it stops working while loading next page.

I like the integration with student enrollment and information system the most. It makes it more popular and unique too. Here it eliminates extra cost, hidden charges, and double data entry possibility. Additionally, secure online payment option make it user friendly.

TUIO is a platform that automates billing, tuition payments, students information management, enrollment in a secured but easier way. It collects all the activity fees and other payments in a very designed way and improves efficiency. This platform also simplifies the fundraising and donation process in a strategic way. Undoubtedly it makes this more accessible, effective and transparent for both parents and school.

The customisation limitation needs to be changed immediately. It will make the system more effective.

It keeps the simplicity in interface.Therefore we get a user-friendly experience while using it. This platform offers various fund options and allows users to choose between charitable and non charitable structures.All these options ensure compliance with their legal framework.

Tuio has helped our school organize the work we do around tuition collection, form creation and on-boarding procedures. It has truly become our “one-stop shop”. The staff are incredible and have helped and supported me through the learning process of what they offer. I am surprised how many times I have been able to say, “I bet I can do that through Tuio!”

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

Honestly, there is nothing I can comment here. The part I dislike is something Tuio can’t control … taxing.

They take the stress of organizing all the “paperwork” and tedious parts of running a school off your workload so you can be more present for your students, staff and community.

The most useful thing about TUIO is best platform for billing, registration, and enrollment which we use every day. It is easy to operate and understand. The customer support is awesome as whenever there is any problem from parent side or our side they are one email away and try to help with any issue. TUIO is great software for payments and registrations. We have been using TUIO from couple years now. Its really easy to use and when we switched to  TUIO its was really easy for us as its very simple to use. Also TUIO has great customer service, very easy to contact them and very helpful staff. We use TUIO for registrations & payments and it had made accounting department efficient. Its very easy to start using TUIO as the interface is user friendly. We use TUIO every day in our office and the integration and implementation process is very easy. Overall its a great tool for educational institutions.

**What do you like best about TUIO?**

Our School started using TUIO about 2 years ago. It was a soft transfer over from our old program. By the second year we almost entirely transferred over to using TUIO. We confidently made this switch after realizing how easy it was to streamline our billing process and all other accounts receivable needs. Also, the staff are very helpful and great with solving problems.

The parents also love how simple the website is to use. They feel that the information is now more clear and easier to understand. They also like the independence of being able to add their own payment method.

There are a few minor things that could be added to the website like a Global Search Bar. The good news is when any issues or missed aspects are brought up, they are addressed quickly. Their Development team fixes these problems in the most efficient ways.

TUIO has made organizing the financial details of our 7 campuses much easier. We love TUIO’s ability to export payment data or billing data into a convenient and easy to use spreadsheet. **What do you like best about TUIO?**

As the Head of School, it is sometimes overwhelming with the tasks that I have to do.  Any time I have a question, someone is there to answer it...no matter how many times I ask it.  (Thank you, Etan.) There have been a few times that I have needed logistical clarification and they have done everything they can to ensure that I am a satisfied customer.  

I am also very impressed by how professional their forms are presented and how easy it is to use the links provided.  I use this platform daily and I can say that I am pleased by everything that they offer and the price at which they offer it.  

Parents are also very happy to not have to remember their monthly payments so it has been a positive implementation on the school's part and easy to integrate into what we already do.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

The only downsize of using Tuio are the additional taxes that our business has to pay over and above what our parents pay.  It is tricky to figure out the amount that I need to charge parents to recover that tax, but once I figured it out, it was easy.  They worked very well with me to solve this problem.

They are saving me money having all I need to manage enrolment, applications and payments all in one!

**What do you like best about TUIO?**

End users are not computer experts, coders or programmers. TUIO is easy to set-up, implement, and troubleshoot. When there is something the school is stuck on or wants to improve, ETAN (TUIO Mgr.), has been swift to help us find a solution. When parents have questions, the TUIO support team is quick to respond and help resolve any issue or help facilitate resolution with the school.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

First of all, I believe even the best platforms have room for improvement. 

I wish there was an option for parents to indicate if they want to select a payment method for each enrollment or if they (at the profile level) could apply the same payment method for all future enrollments attached with their name. I end up having to do a lot of parent follow-up because they don't realize they need to recertify or reselect a payment method (usually the same one) to the new enrollment. This takes time and delays payments.

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently, TUIO helped me identify all those without a payment method and send a mass email reminding them to fulfill that task. It streamlines our processes and creates efficiencies within personnel resources.

I like that Tuio is a payments focused system! Most of the other system providers combine parent records, teacher records, and student records and payment systems all in one system, which makes it cumbersome to set up and use on a daily basis especially for small schools. The Tuio system has been a great fit for our organization.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

I would prefer to be able to complete the monthly reconciliation based on Tuio reports alone, I frequently need the merchant account statement to fully reconcile refunds or any kinds of credits.

The system is easy to learn and easy to use on a daily basis for both our staff and our families.

TUIO is a straight-forward, easy-to-use registration and payment platform for our organization. In addition, their support team's ability to assist us with our complex systems to fit the TUIO system and their willingness and flexibility to help us at any moment is an amazing quality to have.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

There are very few downsides to TUIO. If I were to provide one, it would be the inability to easily duplicate or replicate certain aspects such as enrollments, programs, or invoices. However, knowing the TUIO team, I'm sure they're already working on ways to make this happen for future updates!

**What problems is TUIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TUIO is providing our organization with an easy-to-use platform to manage registrations and payments for both administrators and parents. Ever since we've made the switch to TUIO, it has been a much easier process to take care of and reconcile our registrations and the invoices associated with these programs annually.

Etan at TUIO is a great resource to have. ALways helpful, he replies to my emails within minutes. I must admit, I am not like that. The set up was super simple as he explained every aspect of it to me. Anytime I have a question, I jsut pop it over to him. The parents at our school have found it pretty easy to navigate although at times, initially they experience some teething problems. Etan resolves them right away.

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

What I dislike are the multitudes of categories - Students, Enrollments etc. I wish it was just one click to get to a student. Also, with all the additional entrues we have to make while editing  such as Line Item Detail, Name, Price. I often forget the names of the categories. COuld that be simplified?

TUIO is a great platform to manage paperless enrollment and to collect fees. Previously, these two functions would take up a significant amount of time to manage. We now hage all the information at our fingertips. Student and Parent information is easily accessible and the manahement of fee collection and billing is greatly simplified

**What do you dislike about TUIO?**

There have been instances where our internet did go down and there was no way of accessing the information offline. While this is very rare, it is the only concern I had.
