I like that is company is always hiring for different types of outsourcing positions. They have almost a full grasp and monopoly in this field. It is fairly easy to get hired and they have always provided paid training for each position you get hired for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is not all software is equipped to handle the business load this company receives. This causes crashes often creating customer dissatifaction. Seems like the corporate could stand to invest in hiring some bigger wig types to iron out some of the kinks to ensure customer satisfaction as well and employee satisfaction.
