From our organizations perspective we market TrustLayer as a tool to support their full Contractual Risk Transfer program. Where we have trouble in some instances is getting the clients to committ to the setup they need to do in order to make this a successful platform. I appreciate that TrustLayer has made our compliance requesting and tracking process more professional while also making it more efficient. The onboarding team is unlike any other, they are professional and do an incredible job of complimenting the agent. TL is the easiest to navigate, we have clients with employees that are not confident with technology and they have felt comfortable from day 1. In the Insurtech space so many technology professionals want to develop in a space with so much opportunity but don' t have a grasp on the insurance piece. My first impression of TL (Sharon) was "FINALLY, someone who knows tech but also really KNOWS insurance" :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not necessarily TL's fault but getting the client to an acceptable compliance score isn't instant, sometimes that is difficult to encourage the client to get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best…where to start?
1. Kind, helpful IT support. They actually send you a short video to show you how to fix an issue or teach a new skill in the platform.
2. Facilitates direct vendor coaching to help build compliance with client requirements.
3. Offers ‘At a Glance’ vendor approval status
4. It remembers for clients when certificates and other documents expire.

Honestly, it is so easy to work in that; I find myself checking in on my clients’ sites over my morning coffee and losing track of time. If I could change one thing, it might be the layout of the Dashboard page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I love that this product makes my life easier. It is a very streamlined way to deal with COI's that I no longer have to do by hand. BUT I think so far my favorite part has been the team. Chris, Caroline, and Meghan have been wonderful to work with, especially Chris Louis as he has been the main overseer of our account. The team is extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I don't really have anything that I dislike except for maybe when the AI doesn't read the cert and I have to manually enter the information, but it's really not that big of a deal and is something to be expected so I am in no way unhappy with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can set it up to automatically send out reminders and requirement checks to each vendor and it will keep you updated when someone uploads a COI so you know to go review it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of different parts to it with adding jobs and making sure COIs are reading correctly- but i believe that is more user issues as I need to get more familiar with it all =. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
