## About TrustLayer
TrustLayer is an automated insurance verification and Certificates of Insurance tracking software that helps companies verify insurance coverage of their business partners. TrustLayer helps protect businesses from costly claims and lawsuits that can cost businesses millions. Verify that Certificates of Insurance (COIs) collected actually meet specified requirements and represent valid and current insurance policies helps increase insurance compliance and decrease risk.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

This software helps make a very complicated topic (insurance tracking) fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I haven't found anything yet.  We're in the early stages of implementation.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous solution was not as easy to use and did not provide the reporting we need.  TrustLayer provides both and the automation allows us to focus our energies elsewhere.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

I appreciate that TrustLayer has made our compliance requesting and tracking process more professional while also making it more efficient. The automated emails and document scanning features save me hours of work per week, which is very important as a department of one.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

There isn't a lot I would change, to be honest. One that would be nice is to allow specific contacts to be associated with specific requirements.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certificate of Insurance and agreement tracking. It makes these processes much more efficient and creates a allows us to interact more professionally with our outside contacts.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

Ease of use.  AI that reads the COI.  Chris Louis provided excellent customer service...having supported additional training on Trustlayer with  3 different insurance compliance analysts within the past 6 months.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I don't have anything that I dislike about Trustlayer.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our organization mangement insurance compliance for over 300+ community based organizations and non-profits.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

The onboarding team is unlike any other, they are professional and do an incredible job of complimenting the agent. TL is the easiest to navigate, we have clients with employees that are not confident with technology and they have felt comfortable from day 1. In the Insurtech space so many technology professionals want to develop in a space with so much opportunity but don' t have a grasp on the insurance piece. My first impression of TL (Sharon) was "FINALLY, someone who knows tech but also really KNOWS insurance" :)

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

Not necessarily TL's fault but getting the client to an acceptable compliance score isn't instant, sometimes that is difficult to encourage the client to get there.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving our insureds/clients a solution that works. We've tried so many different solutions with clients, whether it is a subpar competitor of TL or helping organize their manual spreadsheets but TL got it right. The support TL provides is exceptional. So often we "buy products" in the technology space to help our daily job and it is handed off by the vendor and we never hear from them again, TL is a true partner.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

What I like best…where to start? 

1.	    Kind, helpful IT support.  They actually send you a short video to show you how to fix an issue or teach a new skill in the platform. 
2.	Facilitates direct vendor coaching to help build compliance with client requirements.
3.	Offers ‘At a Glance’ vendor approval status
4.	It remembers for clients when certificates and other documents expire. 
5.	The people.  The Trustlayer team could do a masterclass on customer service. Just the right combination of kindness and professionalism.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

Honestly, it is so easy to work in that; I find myself checking in on my clients’ sites over my morning coffee and losing track of time.  If I could change one thing, it might be the layout of the Dashboard page.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping clients with thier business and reducing total cost of risk.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

The TrustLayer team is attentive and always willing to assist. They are truly interested in our initiatives and find ways to support us any way they can. I honestly do not think implementation would have been possible without the team we have been working with.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

From our organizations perspective we market TrustLayer as a tool to support their full Contractual Risk Transfer program. Where we have trouble in some instances is getting the clients to committ to the setup they need to do in order to make this a successful platform. With that said, the TrustLayer team is always there to support us.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have most recently wanted to put together a more expansive product offering utilizing our Contractual Risk Transfer program with TrustLayer as our tool for continued success. They were willing to brainstorm with us as well as put us in contact with other TrustLayer clients to discuss what they are doing and what has been successful for them.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

Overall I love that this product makes my life easier. It is a very streamlined way to deal with COI's that I no longer have to do by hand. BUT I think so far my favorite part has been the team. Chris, Caroline, and Meghan have been wonderful to work with, especially Chris Louis as he has been the main overseer of our account. The team is extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Their customer service is amazing and has really made this process/transition enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I don't really have anything that I dislike except for maybe when the AI doesn't read the cert and I have to manually enter the information, but it's really not that big of a deal and is something to be expected so I am in no way unhappy with the program.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trustlayer is absolutely helping me with timing. It is saving me so much time from manually reviewing coverages, checking expiration dates, searching for the certs, chasing down renewals, etc.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

Overall I enjoy how user friendly the software is. It makes the day to day operations of collecting COI's super easy and simple and I couldn't be more happy with the product.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I don't think there is anything I dislike at this moment in time. I have only been using Trustlayer for about a month or too but I have not found a single thing to dislike.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall trusylayer is benefiting my team with their time management and efficency. It is much easier to tell when a certificate is expiring or who doesn't have one now and that definitely helps when we used to have to look for this information all by hand.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

I like that you can set it up to automatically send out reminders and requirement checks to each vendor and it will keep you updated when someone uploads a COI so you know to go review it.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

There are a lot of different parts to it with adding jobs and making sure COIs are reading  correctly- but i believe that is more user issues as I need to get more familiar with it all =.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The correct email in each vendor- as when we uploaded the COIs, it replaced the email we had in the system under each vendor with the email that is on the COI for the insurance agent-

I love that Trustlayer automatically sends clients an email when their insurance is about to expire. It's a huge time saver!

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I wish I had more time to spend in Trustlayer to get the full experience!

Trustlayer tracks our client's insurance and makes sure they meet all of our requirements. The AI is amazing!

The technology is easy to use.  The process is flexible to meet the needs of any business.

Additional insured requirements still need to be manually reviewed.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

It gives you a birds-eye view of compliance progress and improvement.  Also allows for a collaborative approach involving all members of the team.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

I don't really dislike anything! It takes some getting used to, as does any new process.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trustlayer makes it easy to make sure third parties are meeting contractual requirements, without requiring much insurance knowledge. It simplifies the review process immensely.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

I am constantly looking for solutions that can streamline processes, reduce liability, and create efficiencies.  That's TrustLayer - it's a no brainer.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

Connecting with the insurance companies for verification would be nice but that is more of an industry issue.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an efficient, effective, digital way to track and maintain certificates of insurance for our client's contractors.

**What do you like best about TrustLayer?**

All of your compliance documents can be stored in one place for easy access. Their Customer support is helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about TrustLayer?**

The dashboard has incorrect reports which is very confusing. Apparently it doesn't take projects into consideration on the dashboard analytics.

 Not very focused on the entire document workflow, more of a visual tracker for your COI's. 

Sales team seems to oversell the AI, so every document still needs to be reviewed manually.

**What problems is TrustLayer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They ability to create unique compliance profiles and match them to my different projects is very helpful.
