What do you like best about TrustArc?

TrustArc's Consent Mode template was well thought out and made to make it easy for marketers to apply consent mode to GTM tags. Working with the TrustArc team and engineers it's also clear that they really care to hear about their integrations and tools so they can look for ways to improve. TrustArc makes it easy to setup geo specific cookie consent groups and implement the core scritps to your website or via GTM (or some other tag management platform). What do you dislike about TrustArc?

TrustArc's default cookie is an implied state rather than what user consent to. Once users consent a cmpai_cookie_privacy cookie is set and that is great but when you want impleied consent to be granted by default for certain geo locations this becomes challenging to setup GTM tags for multiple geo groups such as EU vs US vs US California. Other than that, I'm impressed with their tool, integration with GTM, and well written documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustArc?

We have completed our TrustArc Privacy Certificate from TrustArc. The team was supportive and the tool was awesome as audits are complicating but trustarc tool makes it way better. Used this tool for 10 months. Easy to implement and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustArc?

No SSO was connected hence felt it was less secure. Integration was not connected with 6sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustArc?

What do you like best about TrustArc?

Ease of Use: Users can effortlessly navigate through TrustArc's features thanks to its incredibly straightforward platform. The UI has a clean, well-designed style that makes managing compliance and privacy settings easier.

Integration with Current Systems: Including TrustArc into current workflows and systems may be difficult, particularly if the company employs a range of platforms and technologies. What do you like best about TrustArc?

The best thing about TrustArc is the customer service. From my first encounter with the sales team to the current support I receive on the products, the customer service is top notch. They also have staff that will help transition existing work into the new system which helps with implementation. They are responsive and helpful. The tools are easy to use and fairly intuitive. The suite of products meets our need for assements, research, and regulatory mapping. We were easily able to integrate TrustArc with our other systems. The TrustArc products are also a great value. Currently we don't have all of the TrustArc tools, but are considering other modules since we are happy with what we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustArc?

Privacy Central has most of the privacy laws for regulatory and control mapping. However, our privacy program covers some laws that aren't listed in their system. As such, we have to manage some regulations outside of TrustArc. They do take requests to add laws, and usually it is just a matter of time beforee they are entered. It would be nice to be able to add my own laws so I could manage everything in one place. I also wish that they had an incident management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
