## Securiti Reviews
  ### 1. Fantastic for Hybrid Data Discovery, Classification, and Automated Remediation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

The platform's ability to handle massive, complex hybrid environments (Google Workspace, GCP BigQuery, AWS legacy file shares) is fantastic. We are using it for a global data discovery and classification rollout, and the automated remediation workflows—specifically the ability to tie discoveries directly into our ITSM (ServiceNow) for automated ticketing—save us countless manual SOC hours.

Beyond the platform itself, their support and engineering teams are top-tier. They don't just act as standard vendor support; they act as an extension of our architecture team.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

The frontend UI can sometimes be a bottleneck when you are trying to deploy at a massive enterprise scale. For example, onboarding hundreds of GCP BigQuery datasets natively required a lot of 1:1 manual configuration in the console. While we were able to easily bypass this by utilizing their API to bulk-create the connectors, it would be great to see more of those bulk-action and scaling capabilities built directly into the native UI to save time.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti solves the massive challenge of data sprawl across our complex, multi-cloud environment. Before, finding sensitive data was a highly manual process. Now, we've shifted to automated Data Security Posture Management (DSPM). It gives us a single pane of glass to continuously discover, classify, and automatically remediate sensitive data at an enterprise scale, drastically reducing our team's administrative burden.

  ### 2. Responsive, Attentive Customer Support That Follows Through

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Securiti's customer support is responsive, communicative and attentive. They address questions or issues promptly and ensure nothing falls through the cracks by following up until everything is fully resolved

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

In terms of UX, I think some of securiti's error messaging to users could be more clear. When processes in the background fail (sometimes due to user error), the ux could more clearly explain what is happening and how to debug it so the user can get to the root of the problem. In some instances, this might eliminate the need to reach out to customer success or Securiti's tech team to figure out what is going on behind the scenes. This includes lower environments (qa and qb).

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti is helping us manage DSAR requests in a centralized place

  ### 3. Strong data governance, but high adaptation effort and GDPR gaps in modules

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Securiti offers a comprehensive and well-connected solution to ensure data governance in the company.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

To ensure good networking and the full functionality of Securiti, one's own processes and procedures must be strongly adapted to the expectations of Securiti. At the same time, not all modules of Securiti meet the requirements of the GDPR, and less automated systems benefit only to a limited extent from the advantages of the overall solution.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For example, at the time we wanted to establish the process, it was not possible for us to upload our existing directory of processing activities (VVT=RoPA) to Securiti, or the entries were split and could not be automatically linked. For manually created data subject requests, the end date could not be adjusted, and for requests that did not have to be fulfilled immediately for legal reasons, this could not be represented.

  ### 4. Comprehensive Compliance Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrison C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

I like that Securiti keeps us compliant with privacy regulations like GDPR. I appreciate having one central location to control compliance for multiple domains we're responsible for. Securiti allows us to manage website scans, cookie categorization, customized banners, and provides the necessary website consent code for our developers, all in one place. The initial setup to get domains scanned was easy, and it works well with Google Tag Manager.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

The user interface is not the most user friendly. It took a little time to understand where everything was in the platform.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti keeps us compliant with privacy regulations like GDPR. It offers one central location to manage compliance for multiple domains, manage website scans, cookie categorization, and provides the consent code our developers need.

  ### 5. Great Team Support, Easy Setup, and Capable AI Cookie Detection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

The Securiti team was great to work with. I really enjoyed working with Anderson Rios and Carter Hartgrove. The dashboard was great to work with and easy to setup with the help of Securiti's team. I felt the AI was very capable of automatically detecting and categorizing cookies.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

I am not sure as I was transferred off the project before we achieved full functionality due to a role change.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Categorizing cookies, providing users with consent options for what data is collected. Securiti gave us the flexibility to align our compliance with the ever-changing political environment that affects privacy. This allowed us to stay adaptable as hopefully one day the US will put in straight forward comprehensive privacy laws in place of varying complicated state laws with varying requirements. Securiti also helped us maintain compliance for users located in countries with comprehensive privacy laws.

  ### 6. Positive and innovative experience in Privacy Management - Dock

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas B. | Privacy and Data Protection Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

In the Discovery module, we could map all the data that we have in our most important applications, which gives us a visualization of Dock's landscape.
The Customer Support are always ready to undestand and help our needs. The implementation of the product Securiti in our company was smooth and easy to integrate.
We use it everyday in our work routine.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

I believe there is much more room for cutomization, including reports, submissions and pages. The more customizable it is, the more it will adapt to the company's needs.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secuuriti solved a problem of integrating Privacy processes, using the moduule for Vendor processes, DSAR, Privacy Assessments and Data Breach.
There were signifcant operational benefits and we noticed the ease of using the Securiti tools in all our internal areas.

  ### 10. Efficient Data Classification with Additional Future Potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

I like having the ability to view a wide variety of information about my company’s data in one view through the data command graph in Securiti. This feature allows me to easily investigate and pivot on various data aspects, including users, data systems, policies, regions, or data elements, as identified in discovery scans. The initial setup of Securiti was also very easy, thanks to our robust infrastructure and collaboration with the skilled Sales Engineer, Gene Moore, at Securiti. I rate Securiti a 10 out of 10 because it’s a fantastic tool with potential for even greater capability advancements in the future. Additionally, my positive experience with Securiti representatives, including Sam Shirey, Andre Ramon, and Gene Moore, who are incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about the product, significantly enhances my satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

I think that the things that don't work well could be the potential lack of maturity on the data remediation side. I think that the platform does a good job on the initial discovery and classification stages, but if the platform added more functionality to what it could do with the newly classified data to clean up/remediate it, the platform would be well on its way to being one of the best holistic data governance and security platforms.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Securiti for data discovery and classification, which helps us identify the location and sensitivity of our data, providing a centralized view to investigate and manage our data governance effectively.

  ### 11. Better than the most

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria B. | Privacy Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Throughout my career I've worked with different data privacy and protection planforms. Securiti is by one of the most customisable platforms. I've been using it every single day as part of my job and although it takes time to get used to, once you do it's easy.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

Although there are notifications on the platform when new features are deployed, it's easy to miss them, especially if the first 3 notifications are about modules that we do not have like consent or data subject rights. We do receive an email informing of the new deployment, but it's easy to miss due to the same reason, some deployments don't apply to us

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before Securiti the company used multiple tools to review a request, from MS forms, to Excel to Team Channels. With Securiti, we now only use one (Securiti), which also helped improving our cycle times.

  ### 12. Excellent tool for data visibility, though it could use some improvements in backend administration.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack F. | Data Protection Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Provides excellent intelligence view of points of data vulnerability. Interface is intuitive and quick to understand. Great reporting capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

Limited ability to export configuration information usually results in having to utilize screenshots to communicate to others. The interface, while excellent in some areas leaves something to be desired in functions such as onboarding systems. It's very "click-heavy" without an easy to add things in groups or by checklist, etc. Support can occasionally be slowed down by the time zones of the developers.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary purposes for implementing Securiti were Sensitive Data Discovery, along with Governance and Privacy Management (DSAR) of that data. This has provided us a much more holistic view of the data in our structured environments.

  ### 13. Robust Integrations with Room for Mapping Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

I appreciate Securiti for its extensive range of integrations which seamlessly fit into our diverse technology stack. Once configured, it automatically scans numerous technologies, significantly streamlining management for our teams. The availability of these integrations enables us to effectively scan for PII across most of our technology stack, allowing us to focus on prioritizing protection and establishing data retention rules. Furthermore, the initial setup was notably straightforward thanks to the out-of-the-box integrations, which highlights Securiti’s user-friendly design and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

One area where Securiti can be improved is the automation of data mapping, reducing the need for manual work. Specifically, the process of linking processes to assets and vendors could be automated more effectively.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Securiti for PII data discovery and classification, which helps identify critical information to protect. Its integrations make managing our tech stack easier by automating scans and prioritizing data protection.

  ### 14. Comprehensive Data Intelligence with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ney L.

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

What I like best about Securiti is its truly unified approach — bringing privacy, security, and governance together into a single, intelligent ecosystem. This integration was a revelation compared to the fragmented tools I’d used before. The platform’s data intelligence capabilities are exceptional. Its AI-driven discovery and classification provide a real-time, accurate view of where sensitive data resides, what risks exist, and how compliant the organization is across environments. I also value how easily Securiti integrates with enterprise tools and cloud platforms, enabling seamless connectivity with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and more. The guided onboarding process was smoother than expected, and its modular architecture allows us to scale gradually — adding new capabilities as our privacy and security maturity evolve. On top of the technology, Securiti’s vendor risk management and automated workflows have made our operations far more efficient. And the support team deserves special mention — their proactive, collaborative approach has strengthened my confidence and trust in the platform. In short, Securiti stands out for its depth of automation, breadth of integration, and quality of partnership.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

If I had to point out an area for improvement, I’d say dashboard customization and advanced analytics. I’d love to see more flexibility to tailor dashboards for different stakeholders — for example, executives, compliance officers, or data stewards — each with their own metrics and priorities. Additionally, while Securiti performs impressively even in large and complex environments, there’s still room for performance optimization during massive data discovery operations across multi-cloud ecosystems. Introducing smart scheduling or adaptive scanning options could make these processes even more efficient at enterprise scale. That said, these are more refinements than limitations. They don’t take away from the platform’s overall value, but rather point to areas where Securiti could evolve even further as it continues to lead in data intelligence and automation.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti addresses one of the most complex challenges in modern organizations — the lack of visibility and control over sensitive data. It automates data discovery, classification, and data subject request (DSR) workflows, which not only simplifies compliance but also strengthens our overall data security posture. By providing real-time insights into data risks and compliance status, Securiti helps us move from reactive management to proactive governance. It also streamlines vendor risk management, reduces manual and repetitive tasks, and accelerates regulatory compliance across frameworks like GDPR and LGPD. The result is a significant boost in efficiency, accuracy, and trust — both internally and with external stakeholders — allowing us to manage data responsibly while maintaining operational agility.

  ### 15. Securiti AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Extensive capabilities to discover and classify data across multiple enterprise repositories

Highly customizable content inspection rules with keyword and regex based detections

Can inspect the vast majority of file types, from images to plaintext

Decent built-in workflow automation tool with a good enough API that supports actions via scripts.

Simple integrations across data systems

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

For Sensitive Data Intelligence module (Data Discovery and Classification):

Does not provide the user with an efficient way to validate results after a scan

Keyword/regex matches must be verified one file at a time in the web UI and cannot be exported in bulk

AI capabilities are limited

No “AI learning” feature where the engine can learn on its own or based on user feedback after a scan

The AI / ML model Securiti offers can only be trained on heavily structured data

Files are clustered together based on how likely they are to be exact duplicates, not on content similarity

Data classification features are limited in the following ways:

Cannot add a tag within a files properties without also applying an MIP label (reduces flexibility)

Highly dependent on “Content Profiles”, which are defined by the user

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti gives your org an overview into what data is saved where and allows you to classify that sensitive data based upon prebuilt policies. It integrates with nearly every data system and supports hundreds of file extensions for scanning.

  ### 16. Leading Privacy Tool with Outstanding Automation and Support

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

I like the customer service and customer support provided by Securiti. The initial setup was very easy, and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

More guidance on perhaps how certain cookies may be categorized.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Securiti for consent management.

  ### 18. Seamless Integration and Outstanding Support from Securiti

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

Securiti's platform allows users to easily integrate into their current infrastructure and provides an intuitive UI that makes sense. Additionally, their support is some of the best I've ever seen from a company this size. The people get to know you and your business and constantly find ways to help improve the user experience. This has made implementation of the platform much more successful. Most importantly, our reps, Sam Shirey, Andre Ramon, and Gene Moore are incredibly knowledgeable, quick with responses and have built personal relationships that have created trust. Can't say enough about this team.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

It's imperative that businesses have built out the basics of governance around data and processes in order to implement the platform. Even then, Securiti is awesome about helping guide you through what's needed based on your goals for data and cyber security.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Securiti platform starts with making discovery and classification of data easy. Their built-in content profiles can cover 95% data elements that most modern businesses use. Then everything accelerates. What comes from this foundation is easier data mapping and lineage, access control, data loss protection, compliance workflows, and ultimately AI governance. This allows companies to have a live picture of their data and where it lives in order to build out real remediation processes that work for governance, IT and the business. The biggest thing Securiti gets right is the user interface. So many platforms now are so confusing to work through with hundreds of different screens and menus. Securiti has management to package their products into a module style approach that makes it easier for a user to find what they are looking for and it to flow intuitively. On top of that, Securiti has some of the best free training I've seen within a platform that includes practical documentation that makes sense to users as they move through implementation. Once users move through their data discovery and classification, they've actually learned about what should happen next and why. This helps governance and cyber security areas build roadmaps that make sense to C Suite executives and demonstrate real value.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

Connecting Securiti with internal global systems can take some time. Integration across multiple regions and platforms sometimes requires additional coordination and setup effort.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti provides our global organization with accountability and transparency by ensuring that all data-related activities are properly registered, tracked, and stored in one centralized platform. Customizable. Support team for install, build, modification, training has been top notch. Integration and implementation into environment was not overly complicated. Once understand the functions of the console, it is easy to learn and make changes. We use this product nearly every day to manage our privacy needs.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

Building workflows appears complicated and not something one can build or modify on your own. I've used another product where creating and modifying a workflow was more intuitive. Having said that, I think this product has greater capacity for features/modifications than others I've used in the past.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DSAR management, cookie management, opt outs/do not sell/share, future state to automate DSAR. The benefit is that I have one place to manage these functions and can utilize customizable forms and workflows to manage this work.

With its wide array of features and smooth integration capabilities, Securiti.ai stands out as a comprehensive solution for effectively managing privacy programs.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

While Securiti.ai has proven to be an extremely valuable tool, I have encountered some difficulties when creating workflows related to Data Subject Rights. Despite these challenges, they have led to productive collaboration with the Securiti.ai support team, who have been exceptionally responsive and dedicated in their efforts to improve these workflow features. This ongoing process of enhancement highlights a strong commitment to continually refining and upgrading the platform's functionality.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating Data Subject Requests, which were previously handled manually, has provided the greatest return on our investment. Additionally, the capability to locate personal data within our data systems has proven invaluable whenever the company undertakes discovery efforts.

  ### 27. Comprehensive Data Posture and Security Management with Securiti Data Command

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Securiti?**

I really appreciate how Securiti Data Command provides a holistic view of data posture and security management across the organization. It brings together insights on data usage, risk, and compliance in one place, making it much easier to understand and address potential vulnerabilities. Having this unified perspective helps streamline governance efforts and strengthens overall data security.

**What do you dislike about Securiti?**

While the platform is powerful, the learning curve can feel steep for new users, especially those without prior experience in data governance tools. Some dashboards and reports could be made more intuitive, with simplified navigation and more out-of-the-box templates. In addition, integration guides for common enterprise systems could be expanded to speed up onboarding and adoption.

**What problems is Securiti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securiti helps us quickly discover and manage PII across our environment, turning what used to be a manual, fragmented process into an automated and consistent one. This visibility not only reduces compliance risk but also builds trust with stakeholders and customers by showing that sensitive data is being governed and protected responsibly.
