The experience using UKG Ready ACA Filings Powered by Trusaic was excellent. We had traditionally handled filing manually going betwdjahjgdheen the UKG platform and the IRS system. Trusaic’s e-filing solution simplified the process and allowed us to do everything without leaving the UKG Ready platform. From the signup process to filing, there was no heavy lifting on our end. After submitting it was easy to track our status on the dashboard and know when it had been accepted. Trusaic’s support team was phenomenal — we received same-day assistance throughout the process. Despite contacting Trusaic late in the year for January services, the entire team was incredibly accommodating and ensured we met all applicable deadlines. There were times I felt unsure of the overall process, but that is due to our last minute partnering with Trusaic. Perhaps a high level calendar laying out deadlines could be helpful in reducing new client uncertainty. Trusaic has been very helpful in guiding me through the process of ACA. We dropped a lot of information in Orlando's lap, and he handled it like a pro! Every time I call Orlando, he answers my call and addresses any concerns I have. I feel like it has been total transparency for our company with the entire process.
