What do you like best about trumpet?

Trumpet might be seen as a digital sales room, but that really limits the potential of this software.

Working in Client Success I have found it exceptionally useful for a number of reasons:

Implementation: sales-CS handover, implementation checklists

Account risk: mitigating agains stakeholder turnover (prove the value you've already delivered, and set yourself up for success with your new stakeholders)

Expansion signals: Stakeholders looking at pods repeatedly/Stakeholders not utilising your software currently showing an interest

There's a wide array of use casds for Trumpet, but above all clients (prospects too), love using it, it's helped with everything from implementation to renewals. What do you like best about trumpet?

Buyers are spending less and less time with AEs so having a tool that can incorporate and equip prospects with everything they need to make a decision is a game changer. It has made a noticeable impact on my deals and the feedback from prospects is endless!

Story time: I recently won a comeptitive deal after spotting an unexpected stakeholder engaging with my content. They were in IT (outside our usual persona) - but the pages they viewed gave me insight into their interests. I reached out, set up a call, and uncovered that they were a hidden but influential voice in the decision. That conversation helped me understand their criteria and share relevant content, making them feel more confident in moving forward.

What do you like best about trumpet?

Trumpet has been a game-changer for our sales process! The platform’s intuitive user interface and clean design make it incredibly easy to use, even for those not very tech-savvy. What do you like best about trumpet?

Tracking who is accessing the pod so that we I have greater visibility of stakeholders and wider teams that may not be involved in the meeting process. Better visibility of when the project is front of mind i.e when are they accessing the proposal?

What do you like best about trumpet?

customised proposals, demo's, sales process in a few clicks using templates and the hubspot integration. We combine it with Loom and Pitch for a smooth sales journey and it works very well for our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Not a critism at all, but as Trumpet are early in the journey some parts of the product (widgets) are not complete (Docusign in particular is a chore to use). That being said it adds to the excitement on what's coming next. They're constantly developing and releasing new features, and I'm excited to use the Docusign widget when the kinks are ironed out. It helps to bring together various siloed decision makers into one arena. Our product touches several different areas of a business and as such involves various stakeholders from different teams. Trumpet is super easy to use! The widgets make navigation simple, and I really like how smoothly it works for collaboration. What helps me the most is the mutual engagement plans—they make it so much easier to align with customers, track progress, and keep everything in one place. This saves having to try and explain things over the phone or via email and causing information overload and putting them off. What do you like best about trumpet?

I've been using Trumpet for the past several months as an AE, and it's been a game-changer for managing my deal rooms. The platform makes it super easy to spin up new spaces for prospects - literally takes minutes instead of the hours I used to spend. What I really love is how I can see exactly when prospects are engaging with our materials, which helps me time my follow-ups perfectly (no more guessing games!). The bulk upload feature is a bit clunky and requires too many clicks - definitely room for improvement there. I also find myself getting frustrated with the search functionality when trying to find specific documents in larger deal rooms. The mobile app can be laggy at times, especially with bigger files. What do you like best about trumpet?

Trumpet makes it simple and easy to get the information that is important for a prosepct to see directly in front of them in a way that is meaningful.

You always get the same questions during the Introduction, Discover, and Demo phases of a pursuit, now all the answers to those questions can be templatized and put in front of the people you need to convince that you have the solution to solve their business and technology problems.

Nobody likes making Mutual Action Plans.

They're a great business and selling tool, but a real pain in the butt to create.

Trumpet makes that a drag-and-drop exercise.

All your POV docs?

A single pane of glass.

I use Trumpet every day to keep track of where each of my pursuits are.

What do you like best about trumpet?

It makes us stand out from our competitors by being able to share customised pods of information, at each stage of engaging with prospects/clients. Without having to create static PDF content.

We're able to provide far more tailored information that is genuinely read and watched.

The impact it has sharing a pod in an intro email almost always gets opened.
