## trumpet Reviews
 ### 1. Easy Setup and Design Flexibility That Elevates the Buyer Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 👨🏼‍💻 Adam J. | VP of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We implemented trumpet just over 12 months ago.

Super easy to setup, but what sold us on the platform vs competitors was then design flexibility.

We’ve been able to adopt our initial Sales Focused poss to reuse for Client Success, Business development and next up partners.

The ability to create a new pod in seconds, open up new sections as buyers go through their buying process, improves our buyer experience across the board .

We’ve had many customers asking, “what is this software? Super helpful”

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Would love a tighter ROI calculator, but we create in lovable and need and it works great

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency through buying process, professionalism, organization of materials for the client

 ### 2. Streamlined Communication, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emre A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like that Trumpet is easy to use and supports my day-to-day work with a lot of features. The AI features are particularly useful for content generation. Trumpet makes it possible to communicate with my customers asynchronously and also synchronously. It helps me create content quickly and analyzes customer behavior, which is really helpful in sales rooms. The support system is great, and our customer manager is very capable and nice, always supporting us with any questions.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

In certain setups, in certain templates, it can be a little bit overloaded. Some enablement teams tend to create these overloaded templates. Some AI features might seem a little bit too much which you probably don't need. Sometimes you don't need to overengineer such solutions, but it seems like companies want to create more features to get as many people as possible on board, which is not 100% necessary, I think.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet for easier customer communication, thanks to its context-based approach and slides. It speeds up content creation and analyzes customer behavior, making my work more efficient.

 ### 3. Intuitive Deal Room Solution with Fantastic Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Senior Account Director - Talent | Learning | Employee Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate how intuitive and simple it is to build out different types of rooms with Trumpet. I also love the visibility and insights on who has come to the rooms and what they've looked at; these insights are fantastic. Plus, Trumpet has a very strong UI that's seamless for the end user, making it easy to use and great for passing information on to other stakeholders who wouldn't normally have access to it.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

For me, there's still an understanding around what does good look like. I need to have a firmer look into that. When thinking about the client for Trumpet, it's unclear what 'good' looks like, or if there's a base, like top 10 pods that you can recommend.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the demo stage, Trumpet ensures all information is in one place with a strong UI. It's seamless for users and helpful for sharing with stakeholders who wouldn't normally have access.

 ### 4. Effortless Follow-Up Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agostina L. | Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I appreciate the most about using Trumpet is the fact that all the relevant information that a prospect might need is all in one place which saves me from having to send out such info to every single prospect every time they ask for it. The initial setup was very straightforward. The team that supported us was fantastic in scheduling calls and making sure that we really understood how Trumpet works. One of the people that I appreciated most is Vicki Threadgold - she made sure that we really understood the tool.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would love to see an integration with Looker. Instead of sending a screenshot every time via email to our customers, it would be very efficient to pull Looker reports directly into Trumpet to show our customers the up-to-date data on their usage and performance.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Trumpet to create follow-up pods after customer calls. I now use it exclusively for account management of my existing customers. I like that all relevant information, like reports and quotes, is readily available, sparing me from sending it to each customers individually.

 ### 5. Simple, Modern Way to Share Professional Sales Content and Track Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shouryan S. | Software Engineer I – Full Stack Developer, Client Onboarding & Wealth Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is very simple it makes sharing personalized sales content. The interactive pages look professional, save time on follow-ups, and help track customer engagement. It feels more modern and effective than sending long emails or static presentations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing I dislike about Trumpet is that some customization features can feel limited compared to fully custom-built sales pages. It also takes a little time for new users to understand all the tools and setup options before using the platform efficiently.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of messy and disconnected sales communication by bringing proposals, documents, videos, chats, and updates into one interactive pod. The pods make it easier to personalize the buyer experience, keep everything organized, and track engagement, which helps save time, improve follow-ups, and close deals more efficiently.

 ### 6. Trumpet is a game changer for our GTM teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence S. | Head of Buyer Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The suite of AI now embedded within Trumpet is great-they very much delivered on their roadmap promises

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Now that the suite of AI is embedded within Trumpet the next area I’m looking forward to arriving is the enhanced integrations as we look to integrate with Claude.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Async selling and multithreading - trumpet allows us to 'sell whilst not in the room' but do so in a way that enables and engages the buyer and allows us to multithread. It creates and engaging experience and allows us to nurture opportunities along the whole sales/buying cycle. It also provides analytics to allow us to assess deal health and also monitor which content is being engaged with by our prospects and each persona. We're also using it post sale too, creating a consistent experience for onboarding clients once contracted. We are also using trumpet for internal enablement by creating training pods for our own teams to access.

 ### 7. Trumpet Streamlines Collaboration in One Shared Workspace!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keethan S. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how it makes communication and collaboration much easier in one place.

Instead of scattered emails and documents, everything is organised in one shared workspace, so it’s faster to share information, track engagement, and keep deals moving forward. It also helps create a smoother experience for the stakeholders I'm working with.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don’t have any dislikes about Trumpet, loved using it!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the problem of scattered communication and information by bringing everything into one shared space.

For me, this makes it easier to keep track of engagement, share updates, and ensure everyone is aligned, which saves time and reduces back-and-forth.

 ### 8. Streamlined Sales Process with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aj a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how easy Trumpet was to set up and use. The set templates make it plug and play, which is great for junior sales reps to understand and use with minimal need for sales enablement. The editable templates give them a framework, like safety rails, which helps ensure that reps execute according to best practice as we grow and scale. I also appreciate how Trumpet works well with my CRM and sales engagement platform.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

We have had some issues with load time in the past but this has seemingly been fixed. Almost all my sales tools now have a mobile app which I love as it can get real life notifications on key deals.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet provides a digital sales room to store information for business deals and onboarding. It solves the challenge of engaging content monitoring and facilitates educating multiple buyers, ensuring consistent messaging across engagements.

 ### 9. One Place, All Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Simple UI that prospects actually want to use

What sets Trumpet apart is how intuitive the interface is. Prospects don't need training to navigate it. We build partnerships around Trumpet, and then it becomes our onboarding hub. The simplicity is the feature. It removes friction from the customer experience while giving us total visibility into the deal. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Trumpet's simplicity is great, but we'd love more flexibility to customize the look and feel. Being able to add more of our brand identity, adjust colors, layouts, and general appearance would make it feel more like ours when we're bringing prospects into the platform.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deal info used to scatter across email threads. Trumpet centralizes everything in one place. Now my team and prospects have a single source of truth for every deal. No more digging through inboxes. It saves time and eliminates miscommunication.

 ### 10. Centralizes Content with Smart Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samyuktha N. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet to keep track of all my emails and content in one repository. It centralizes everything, and the engagement tracking gives me clear visibility into what’s happening on the customer’s end. I especially like being able to track buyer behavior and the related metrics, such as who opened something and how long they spent on a piece of content. Overall, it helps me stay in control of async selling and respond more intelligently with real context, instead of just guessing. Their team is really supportive and the pricing is not so much

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Setting up the entire thing takes up time; templates there would help.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes my content and emails, providing visibility into customer engagement. It solves the problem of not knowing what's happening on the customer's end, enabling smarter replies by tracking buyer behavior and metrics.

 ### 11. The Easy Way to Win More Deals & Stay Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony B. | Mid-Market AE , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It's very easy to use once you build a template or pod! Building a room can be done in as little as 15 minutes. The integrations are great & it's very user-friendly. Their support team is very helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't have anything that comes to mind.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves for me having to avoid sending multiple emails throughout a sales cycle and having prospects lose items I send them. Every Gong recording, asset, case study, etc, is stored in Trumpet. It also has allowed me to track interest in a cycle and uncvoer new contacts. It keeps buyers engage through the cycle and helps me multi-thread.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from the team. We love that it's helping to keep you and prospects organised whilst understanding interest.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 12. Intuitive, Highly Customizable Platform: Quick to Learn and Powerful Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tunde A. | Senior Sales Development Representative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It's so easy and intuitive to get around. It didn't take me long to understand the platform and feature and it just feels like there's so much you can customise for your customers needs

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would like more training on the platform because I feel there is so much more I can unlock to better serve my customers. I have watched quite a few of the videos they've created, but I would appreciate more frequent workshops for customers.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a much better understanding of the buyer's journey, including where they look on the pod and how they prefer information to be delivered.

 ### 13. A Game-Changer for B2B Sales: Interactive Buyer Pods That Streamline Closing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KV S. | Group Captain, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

absolute game-changer for B2B sales. What I love most is how it replaces boring PDF proposals with interactive, personalized digital buyer pods. It centralizes content, tracks real-time buyer engagement, and beautifully streamlines the entire closing process.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Trumpet can feel tedious to set up initially, as old PDF templates must be completely rebuilt. The highly detailed analytics can cause data paralysis, traditional buyers sometimes resist using links over attachments, and the pricing can be steep for smaller teams.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of dead-end B2B sales cycles by replacing flat PDFs with interactive digital buyer pods.

For users, this speeds up deals by keeping all content in one place and provides real-time analytics so you know exactly when to follow up.

 ### 14. Centralize the sales process with collaboration and flexibility, I love it!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea G. | Growth specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet allows for different collaborations within the virtual room, which means there can be different teams supporting and collaborating to make the virtual room as complete as possible. This facilitates having different points of view and ensures that the information the client can view is super robust. Additionally, it allows me to visualize all the interactions the client is having with the virtual room, not just for me, but for the rest of the team involved.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I consider it an incredible platform, I wouldn't improve anything about it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me centralize customer information, making them feel more guided in the sales process. It allows collaborations in the virtual room, providing different perspectives and access to robust interactions, improving the experience for both me and my team.

 ### 15. Trumpet: Easy for Prospects, Keeps Materials Updated, and Tracks Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is easy for prospects to use, and I like that I can keep everything updated in one place instead of sending materials back and forth. It’s also helpful for follow-ups to see who clicks into the room and what they’re looking at. We were also able to integrate it with Claude, which has been super helpful.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

How helpful Trumpet is really depends on whether your team has great templates and content ready to plug in.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps streamline the sales process overall; it significantly reduces the time spent sending items back and forth and wading through long email chains. It also makes it much easier to get more of the team engaged via an easily shareable link, and it helps us demonstrate ROI to stakeholders since engaging in the sales room is a low lift for them.

 ### 16. Streamlined Workflow Automation with Helpful Integrations but Room for Better Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how it simplifies workflow automation and integration management without making the platform feel overly complicated. The UI is clean and organized, which makes it easier to manage multiple workflows and automation processes in one place.

We mainly use it for AI-related workflows, automation testing, and connecting tools across different processes. The integration management has been especially useful because it reduces the amount of manual coordination needed between platforms. Setting up workflows is relatively fast, and making adjustments during testing is much easier compared to rebuilding processes manually.

Another thing I found valuable is the overall performance and workflow visibility. Automations generally run smoothly, and troubleshooting smaller workflow issues is manageable without spending too much time debugging. The platform has helped reduce repetitive operational work and improved efficiency for day-to-day workflow management.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that the onboarding and documentation can feel limited when working on more advanced workflows or integrations. Basic setup is straightforward, but troubleshooting automation or sync issues sometimes requires trial and error because the debugging guidance is not always detailed enough.

I also think the platform could improve its learning resources with more real-world examples, step-by-step workflow tutorials, and better visibility into workflow errors. Video walkthroughs and more detailed integration documentation would make onboarding smoother, especially for teams adopting the platform for larger automation processes.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Trumpet, a lot of our workflow coordination and automation testing involved repetetive manual steps and switching between multiple tools. Managing integrations and keeping workflows organized became time consuming, especially when experimenting with AI-related processes and operational automations.

Trumpet helped centralize those workflows and made it easier to connect tools, test integrations, and adjust automation logic more efficiently. One of the biggest benefits has been reducing the amount of manual operational work required for repetetive processes. The platform also improved workflow visibility, which made troubleshooting and collabration easier across the team.

After implementing it, workflows became faster to manage and easier to scale during testing and developement. Overall, it improved efficiency, reduced setup friction, and saved time that would otherwise be spent on manual coordination and repetetive workflow maintenance.

 ### 17. Effective Platform for Real-Time Engagement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deeksha R. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is its focus on real-time communication and community engagement. The app makes networking feel more interactive and immediate compared to traditional social platforms. I also appreciate how it encourages users to share ideas, connect with people of similar interests, and build professional or social relationships in a more dynamic way. From a user perspective, the interface feels modern and engaging, which helps retain active participation.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One area where Trumpet could improve is reducing information overload. Like many social networking platforms, sometimes there’s too much content competing for attention, which can affect user focus and experience. I also think stronger content filtering and personalization features could make interactions more meaningful and relevant for users.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the issue of weak and impersonal online networking by making communication more interactive and community-focused. It benefits me by helping me connect, communicate, and engage with relevant people more effectively

 ### 18. Streamlined Organization, High Recommendation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how I can separate the deal room into multiple different tabs with Trumpet. It helps keep the process organized and streamlined, making it easier to navigate and find what I'm looking for. The integrations are strong and I find that the product performance is good. Definitely a positive ROI.I also appreciate the AI/intelligence.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't like the inability to collapse an entire mutual success plan and the lack of ability to preview PDFs without having to show the live mode.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me understand how much my clients discuss my offer internally. I love that it lets me separate the deal room into different tabs, keeping the process organized and streamlined, and makes it easier to navigate and find what you're looking for.

 ### 19. Fantastic tool to engage customers and share tailored information!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh H. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

That we can interact with prospects and clients instead of getting lost in endless email threads and scattered attachments, we now use Trumpet to build centralised, personalised, and visually appealing digital spaces for our buyers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

To make the customer experience smoother, I would like to remove all and any barriers to accessing the shared space once they receive the link to view the space.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our prospects excited and engaged ahead of meetings, and of course giving them all the information they need afterwards.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for your awesome review of trumpet! 🎺 We love that you're enjoying using it so far - there is lots more to come!

Thanks also for your kind words about the onboarding and support - Anna is great :)

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 20. Customizable and Efficient, Needs Data Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stephen C. | Mid-Market Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like most that Trumpet is very customizable. As I become more and more fluent in Trumpet, I start to realize more and more ways that I can enhance my presentations for the audience in front of me.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think if Trumpet could use more of the data within the deal, and the AI by listening to meeting transcripts to get a better understanding and picture of what's going on in the deal. Then use that data to fill in many of the manual processes that I am doing over and over in outside systems of trumpet then copying and pasting it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet as an evaluation showroom to keep all evaluation assets for a prospect together in one spot, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and identifies decision stakeholders.

 ### 21. Clean, Intuitive UI with Seamless CRM Integration and Instant Real-Time Alerts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The UI is super clean and intuitive, so the team picked it up instantly without any learning curve. Onboarding was seamless because their support team is highly proactive and actually helpful. It integrates into our CRM smoothly without creating any friction, and the performance is solid—no lag, and the real-time tracking alerts are instantaneous. Even the AI features are genuinely useful for saving prep time rather than just being marketing hype. Given how much it streamlines the sales cycle, the ROI is excellent.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

While the real-time tracking alerts are brilliant, I feel the deeper, long-term analytics could be a bit more evolved. Right now, it's great for seeing who clicked what and when, but it would be amazing to have deeper out-of-the-box attribution reports syncing directly into our CRM. Mapping exact buyer engagement straight to revenue metrics without doing manual digging would save us a ton of effort. That said, the team pushes out updates pretty fast, so hopefully, this is on their roadmap.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trumpet, our sales follow-ups were honestly pretty chaotic. We’d send multiple emails stuffed with random PDFs, deck links, and Notion pages, and clients would inevitably lose track of everything or forget to loop in their internal stakeholders. That created a lot of friction, and deals would often just stall out.

 ### 22. Seamless Sales Automation with Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate Trumpet's ease of use and the seamless integrations it offers. These features simplify my digital sales room processes and streamline the way I prospect new logos. Trumpet collates resources into an easily digestible format, which is incredibly helpful in communicating with prospects effectively. Additionally, it takes on the role of selling when I am not directly speaking with prospects, which is a significant advantage. The initial setup of Trumpet was super easy, accomplished quickly at an admin level. I’m impressed enough to give it a rating of 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I find that sharing pods within Trumpet could be easier. It's somewhat cumbersome to share pods with teammates, and it would be beneficial if it were more straightforward for them to duplicate my pod. Additionally, the process of making templates could be improved to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to easily collate resources in a digestible format, enabling sales even when I'm not present. It integrates well with other tools, simplifying my digital sales process and prospecting.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet! Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 23. Trumpet Boosts Deal Closures with a Smooth UI and Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ray M. | AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet has been amazing for me to be a Project Manager in my deals. When someone comes into my Trumpet room, I know I have a much better chance of closing the deal. Performs smoothly, great UI, and an amazing support team.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes I wish it was easier to make my own rooms from scratch, but once the templates are built out its great.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the gaps between calls - verifying if there's real interest from the buyer. Also helps me stay organized.

 ### 24. Makes buying easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harley P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like how Trumpet gives me a central place to keep all my demos and resources, like pricing and case studies. It acts as a mutual action plan that makes the buying process easy. It looks super professional and provides awesome account maps. I appreciate that customers have everything in one place, they can share it, and I can see who's engaging, which helps me create account maps. The integration with Consensus works amazingly because I can embed Consensus interactive demos inside my deal rooms, so buyers have everything in one spot. Trumpet gives them key resources like pricing and case studies, while Consensus demos allow stakeholders to learn about the product asynchronously. The initial setup of Trumpet was easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I wish it could find more leads automatically with the account map, it finds some but not always my ICP.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to manage deals with a central hub for demos and resources, making the buying process easy. It looks professional, includes awesome account maps, and helps me see who’s engaging, which keeps deals moving when I'm not on calls.

 ### 25. Efficient Deal Management with Insightful Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like using Trumpet for building evaluation rooms that my team shares for opportunities, as it keeps projects on a timeline and ensures accountability. I appreciate its ability to organize larger deals clearly and prevent things from falling through the cracks. Monitoring activity from key decision makers is really insightful, showing when they come in and what they look at. The feature that allows me to copy certain pages or entire evaluation rooms is great because it saves time when opportunities are similar. I also like being able to check off tasks as they are completed by date, which helps us stay organized. Trumpet helps us understand engagement levels, showing how strong a deal is and what we might need to do to strengthen it by getting more people involved. It's really important for us to close more deals.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I feel like Trumpet could be improved by offering more customization options, rather than having a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes, I find it necessary to use an app like Lovable to build a more custom experiential tool and then integrate it into Trumpet. It would be great if Trumpet had something native to support this kind of customization.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to organize deals, preventing things from falling through the cracks and aiding in multithreading. Trumpet evaluation rooms keep projects on timeline, facilitate information sharing, and help close deals faster. Monitoring activity offers insights into engagement level, guiding deal strategies.

 ### 26. Easy to Use, Customizable, and Fast to Launch from HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to use and customizable. It’s especially convenient that I can spin it up quickly directly from my CRM, HubSpot. As a busy Account executive, I appreciate being able to set up a room fast without wasting time clicking through a bunch of buttons. It also helps me follow up right after a call before moving on to the next one, which saves me a lot of time and gives me something professional to present to my prospects. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike! If I had to point to a "next phase" for our usage, it would be deeper automation. It would be incredible if Trumpet could feed data directly from the CRM deal record to auto-generate customized, deal-specific elements inside the room; like executive summaries, prospect challenges, and pain points. To be fair, Trumpet likely already has this capability, and it's simply a matter of us fully implementing those specific tools internally.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of scattered sales materials and opaque buyer behavior. I use it to centralize all of our resources, track exactly how customers are engaging with them, and manage deal progression effectively. It provides a single, unified hub to lay out clear next steps and easily involve multiple stakeholders in the buying process. Because it integrates directly with my CRM, I can facilitate rapid, customized follow-ups without the usual administrative headache, ultimately saving me time and keeping deals moving forward

 ### 27. Effortless Communication and Customization with Trumpet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant N. | Mid-Market Account Executive - UK & IE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to set up. We've built a template as a company, and it's easy to replicate the template across new opportunities. I can then personalize it using some AI capabilities. It allows me to have all types of information from PDFs to links, share documents, videos, snippets, and more. I also appreciate how it helps me share resources following conversations, and see when my prospects are logging in and viewing certain materials. It's been helpful to move deals along as well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't really have too much, to be honest. I think maybe some of the fonts or the formatting when you put in the company kinda has some interesting fonts. I think the AI generator where it pulls in images sometimes the images make the text hard to read. But other than that, it serves its purpose.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet lets me share resources after conversations, like videos, notes, pricing, and more, improving communication with customers. It's helpful for moving deals along and seeing when prospects view materials.

 ### 28. Trumpet Makes Customer Onboarding Easy with Smart AI Insights and Smooth Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how easy it makes managing customer engagement and onboarding. The interface feels simple and clean, integrations work smoothly, and the AI insights actually help save time. It’s improved our workflow a lot, and the support team has been incredibly responsive whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing I dislike about Trumpet is that some advanced customization options can feel limited, especially when trying to tailor experiences for different customers. Occasionally, pages take a little time to load, and there’s a slight learning curve when exploring all the features for the first time.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is helping us solve the challenge of keeping customer communication, onboarding, and sales materials organized in one place. It makes collaboration with clients much smoother, saves time with automation and AI insights, and helps us deliver a more personalized experience, which improves engagement and overall efficiency.

 ### 29. Organized Sales Materials but Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet allows me to see when a prospect has gone in and looked at information that I've sent out to them. I also like that it allows me to have pages so that they can explore without having to navigate our website. And I like that all of the information is compiled in one spot.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I do think building pages with the appropriate material is challenging. For example, sometimes I want to upload a live web page, but the view of it or the ability to control how big it is on the page can be difficult. Also, finding the right widget for what I'm looking for can be challenging. If I want a PDF preview versus a website preview, or a link to my calendar, without knowing the keywords in Trumpet's menu, it is not as intuitive as I'd like to search. Setting up my own Trumpet templates can be a little overwhelming, especially finding all the right widgets for what I actually need. I wish Trumpet were connected to our CRM management tool, Gong, and Salesforce. When prospects engage in Trumpet, especially the chat feature, that doesn't integrate into my CRM management tool, which misses out on insights like how conversations progressed and AI summaries.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me keep sales cycle materials organized, like recordings, quotes, and promotional content. It informs clients about solutions and allows for checklist creation, making communication clearer.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping to make communication with your prospects clearer and all the benefits that come with that!

trumpet has a large integration suite, including SFDC and Gong. It could be that your company has yet to activate these. Please feel free to email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and I can advise further on this point.
Likewise on the customisation point - hopefully I can help with some tips on this front.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 30. Simplifies Processes, Great Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like how easy Trumpet is to use. Its simplicity and flexibility stand out, along with the ability to break down customization for customers. It's incredibly easy for us to set up, and they're super helpful in building templates and examples that fit our needs. The team works with us to tailor the system to best help us, considering our familiarity and existing systems.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The setup for some of the widgets and the examples or templates can be quite clunky sometimes. It would be good to break that down a little bit more easily to be able to find what you need when building a proposal from scratch.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet streamlines our process, keeps customer engagement high, and helps us maintain efficiency.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support. We love that it's helping with better visibility and intent whilst being super easy to use 🙌

Thanks for being a fab band member 🎺

 ### 31. Easy Widget Creation and Built-In Graphics Search for Consistent Pods

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how easy it is to create and save widgets and pages. I also appreciate that you can search for logos and other relevant graphics online directly from within Trumpet, and that all pods can follow the same aesthetic for a more consistent look.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes clients prefer to export the pod as a PDF so they can present it internally, but we can’t do that right now.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients sometimes say they didn’t check the proposal, even though we can see from the insights that they did. That visibility saves us time and effort because we don’t have to create tailored proposals from scratch every time. It also helps that we can save a library of frequently used files for quick reuse.

 ### 32. Effortless Organization and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the ability to embed Gong videos in trumpet, which lets clients look at previous conversations we've had. It's also great that I can upload presentation decks so everyone can view them with just an email. This helps me stay organized with the clients I work with and eliminates the need to communicate through multiple emails to different prospects. The integration with Salesforce and Gong works very well, enhancing my workflow. The initial setup was extremely easy, thanks to the tutorial and guide provided, which made everything very simple for us.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

No negatives about my experience with trumpet thus far

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to help me stay organized with other clients and avoid using email to communicate with multiple prospects.

 ### 33. Streamlined Onboarding in One Place, but Customization and Integrations Feel Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like most about Trumpet is how it brings customer onboarding and collaboration into one place, making it simple to create personalized, interactive experiences for clients. It streamlines communication, keeps everything organized, and makes the overall process feel more efficient and engaging for both internal teams and customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that it can feel somewhat limited when it comes to customization and integrations compared with more established tools. There can also be a slight learning curve, especially when you’re setting up more advanced workflows.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet addresses scattered communication and slow, unorganized sales and onboarding processes by bringing everything—content, conversations, and next steps—into one centralized, interactive workspace. For me, this makes it much easier to manage client interactions, keep everyone aligned on what’s happening, and track engagement in real time. Overall, it saves time, improves efficiency, and helps move deals forward or onboard customers faster.

 ### 34. Everything in One Virtual Sales Room—Easy Updates, Easy Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The best thing about Trumpet is everything you discuss throughout the sales process can be easily found in the virtual sales room and you do not have to send over updated link if you update anything within it.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Potential improvements around more details as to what certain widgets mean. Sometimes I struggle to add another call from Gong and have to manually upload video.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve heard from numerous prospects that Trumpet made it really simple for them to refer back to all of our calls and better understand security and implementation, especially if we didn’t have much time to cover those topics during our demo. It serves as a centralized source for everything we discuss, and more.

 ### 35. Modern, Sleek, and Surprisingly Deep—Backed by Solid Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke G. | Customer Sales Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet support has been amazing, anytime I've had a question or query all it takes is a brief reach out before I've got some time booked. The tool is modern, sleek and has surprising depth to it, over the last couple months I've been using it I've always found something new to implement or try out. A seriously solid tool and one I can wholeheartedly recommend.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

So far, aside from the minor bug here and there, there's really not much about Trumpet that's not to like, on the rare occasions I've had a small hurdle to cross or struggle to understand how something works exactly all it takes is a quick message to representatives and I'm back on the go.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped in my discipline specifically by allowing us to create bespoke and unique to customer mini sites that they can glance through or read in depth if they'd prefer. The customisation options and sheer volume of unique widgets/structures you can create really assist in the creation of those customer facing pods. Once you've got a decent grasp of the software putting together templates, pods or widgets becomes very much like a "lego" experience, you build what you need, keep it updated and then pop what needs to go where together, it's seamless and quality.

 ### 36. A centralized hub that has transformed our buyer experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet B. | Enterprise Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We’ve been using Trumpet for a few months now, and it has completely streamlined how we manage our deal rooms. It allows me to keep every essential piece of information in one centralized 'point' for my prospects and customers, eliminating the need for scattered email attachments.

Our prospects have specifically mentioned how much they appreciate having a single source of truth for our partnership. They use the pods frequently, which gives us great insight into their engagement. To top it off, the customer service team is exceptional—always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any sales team looking to level up their professionalism.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I can't think of anything at this point!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: Sales deals often get lost in 50+ email threads filled with outdated PDF attachments and expired links

The Trumpet Solution: It creates a single "Pod" (Digital Sales Room). This acts as a centralized "source of truth" where a prospect can find every document, Consensus video, and message in one link. As you mentioned, it keeps everything "essentialized

 ### 37. Efficient customer communication, learning curve at the beginning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | Account Executive 3 Medium Business, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I still like it very much. I especially appreciate that Trumpet helps to avoid a lot of email communication with customers because everything can be supplemented centrally in the virtual space. Additionally, I value that the content can be kept up-to-date and interactive at any time – this conveys a very modern, professional process to the customer.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

At the beginning, Trumpet was not entirely self-explanatory for me. Therefore, a better onboarding (e.g., short guided tours) and clearer best practice templates for typical setups would be helpful. The initial setup could also be a bit more intuitive and faster – but once everything is set up, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trumpet reduces email traffic by adding everything in the virtual space and offers a modern, interactive process.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Christopher, thanks so much for sharing your positive review of trumpet. We're so glad to hear that it helps to give prospects a clear overview of your product, it's so important! Thanks for being in the band 🎺

 ### 38. Efficient Evaluation Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is intuitive, allowing me to create templates and easily reuse them for any evaluation and any client, making tweaks when needed. I love the 'hide' feature so I don't have to delete elements I want to use later on, but can make them invisible to the client. I also love the insights section and email notifications when people are engaging with my Trumpet. Templates make me more efficient in creating new Trumpet rooms, the 'hide' feature does the same so I don't have to recreate elements later on, and the insights section lets me know when a client is or isn't engaged. It helps me spend time in the right areas and opportunities. It's integrated with my HubSpot account, so I can work an opportunity there and easily jump into the Trumpet room to edit it. The initial setup was very quick.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would like for trumpet to notify the client when I make updates -- or allow me to send email notifications with notes when I'd like, so I don't have to also email the client telling them I made certain edits.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to create evaluation workspaces, making it a one-stop-shop for resources and tracking. It helps establish mutual accountability and keeps everything organized in one spot, eliminating messy emails and aiding in progressing evaluations smoothly.

 ### 39. Recommended for onboarding + integration support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like using Trumpet as our digital sales platform, especially for helping onboard and securely communicate with customers. The contact mapping AI tool makes it easy to identify useful contacts for the sales team, and sharing personalized videos and modifying templates quickly is a standout feature. As someone who helps set Trumpet up for our sales team, I find the widget syncing and page sharing functionality the most useful aside from the analytics. We can create attractive, custom-branded pages suited to each customer or prospect's needs without having to repeatedly set up widgets, as these sync automatically across each customer's instance of Trumpet. This saves us a lot of time because once everything is set up, a new instance can be created with all the necessary elements for the sales team in just a few clicks - and the AI CoPilot feature being introduced will make this process even faster and easier in future as it builds widgets alongside you (similar to Claude Cowork). Additionally, the external integrations functionality has been very useful for securely sharing and managing our onboarding, roadmap, and product documentation. I also appreciate the support we received from the Trumpet team during the initial setup process, which helped make the experience smooth.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

No complaints from me!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to help our GTM team onboard and communicate securely with customers. It simplifies contact mapping, personalizes video sharing, and allows quick template modifications. The widget syncing feature lets us create custom pages effortlessly, ensuring each prospect's information needs are met.

 ### 40. Transform Project and Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel M. | Senior Sales Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like the ease of creating customized rooms for each client, which helps give them the feeling that the opportunity and the space are theirs. This links it to Remuner and seems to please the clients a lot, as they can have all the information organized and clear in one place. I also value the analysis of the people who visit the space, as it allows me to see who is reviewing the information, the time they spend on it, and what they attribute more value to or what generates more doubts. This is important to determine the interest and commitment of the potential client with the opportunity.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't like the chat and comments section. I prefer to do it by email because I like to have all the questions in the email thread, meetings, post-meeting emails, etc.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Trumpet, I document projects from the discovery call to the closing, track the sales process, and keep clients informed. We personalize opportunities for each client. I analyze interest and map the people who view the space, seeing what they value most.

 ### 41. Streamlined Outreach with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyansh J. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the stakeholder mapping feature in Trumpet because it's super easy to use. Another great aspect is the integration capability; I can integrate it with anything in my tech stack, whether it's my CRM like HubSpot or my calendar tools - it's pretty much integrable with everything. I also love the ability to personalize my deck however I like it. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy for me because the customer service team was really helpful and did most of the heavy lifting.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I feel the UI/UX needs a little bit of enhancement in terms of making any changes, to make it a little bit less clunky and more fluid and easy to edit the deck or the pods.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to identify hidden stakeholders, synchronize communications, and spot deal risks, which helps cut sales cycle time. It's easy to map stakeholders, integrate with my tech stack like my CRM, and personalize my presentation decks.

 ### 42. Incredibly useful tool that all B2B companies should be buying for their sales teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Founds associate, GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The ability to keep everything in one centralised space for your prospects to review to make project management much easier during the sales cycle

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing really, very satisfied with it so far

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all things in one centralised space for prospects to refer back to and keep track of timelines in a very easy way. Feels much more professional and adds a lot of ‘seriousness’ to the deal and how prospects perceive professionalism and organisation skills throughout the sales cycle.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Ryan, thanks for sharing your positive experience so far! We're so pleased that it's helping to show professionalism and seriousness as you say - thanks again for being in the band!

 ### 43. Streamlined Deal Management with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shikha A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how trumpet offers transparent and optimized deal management, bringing all the necessary details and assets on a single platform to aid the buying team in decision-making. Tracking who’s opened the pod and identifying what prospects are looking at, as well as if they share it with others, helps in identifying new members of the buying committee. The mutual action plan is great for always setting a concrete, actionable next step and keeping conversations warm and ongoing. I'm impressed with the UI, which was great and easy to learn, and setup was very easy with a helpful team. trumpet brings all my siloed deal-associated workspaces together, helping me focus on things that matter rather than cleanup. The integration with Salesforce was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I couldn't think of anything major, but maybe gamifying it a little bit more for our sales team could be an improvement. Having a mobile app to make quick edits on the go and having more targeted notifications would also be beneficial.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet gives me visibility into deal interactions, helping manage stakeholder conversations and reduce ghosting. It brings all deal details together, making sales conversations more consultative. Features like pod tracking and mutual action plans keep prospects engaged and accountable.

 ### 44. Streamlined Deal Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalil C. | Scientific Inside Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet for moving deals forward with their buyer signals AI. I like that it helps surface signals during deals that would often go missed, creating context around the time spent off-calls and understanding what the buyer might be thinking when we're not directly interacting. I appreciate the AI CMS feature that recommends content to share with prospects, and I find the prospect tracking inside the deal room very helpful. The integrations with Hubspot are also great. Trumpet makes working on a deal more streamlined and provides context on next steps, reducing guesswork around closing deals or mitigating deal risk. The UI and ease of use are major pluses; it's faster, better organized, and less cumbersome compared to our previous tool. The initial setup was very easy, and after uploading everything into the CMS, everything went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Pandadoc integration is in the Scale tier, otherwise every integration we need is available in Pro

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to move deals forward with its buyer signals AI, surfacing critical signals during negotiations. It streamlines deals, provides context for next steps, reduces guesswork in closing deals, and integrates well with Hubspot.

 ### 45. Modern, Easy-to-Use Deal Insights with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

trumpet helps me to understand which deals I should be prioritising and what my stakeholders are engaging with in between meetings and during the evaluation process. It's a way for me to get my voice in the room whilst I'm not with them. The Insights are so helpful and I feel more confident when forecasting, rather than relaying on gut instinct. It's easy to set up a pod once you've got a template and my prospects are enjoying the experience. It looks modern, the UI is easy on the eye and is easy to use. The HubSpot integration is especially good compared to other Sales too. Not to mention the outstanding support from the trumpet team.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be good if there were more automations but I've heard that's coming. Otherwise, nothing to comment so far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to forecast more accurately, especially with the HubSpot and Gong integrations. It's been very interesting to finally understand what prospects are engaging with and I am able to tailor my approach as needed. It's also helped me uncover a few key stakeholders in deals, which is a nice bonus.

 ### 46. Highly Effective for Customizable Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet because it helps me manage my sales deals by consolidating all the necessary information, documents, and planning into one space. It solves the issue of knowing whether my customers are engaging with the materials I send, as it allows me to keep track of who's opening and reviewing my documents. This way, I can ensure that the deal is active even when I'm not directly involved. I really enjoy the ease of use and the customizable features Trumpet offers, making it easy to tailor to my needs with minimal effort. I can quickly use templates to save time and then customize further if required, which is great for maintaining a scalable approach. I also appreciate the chat feature and the digital sales rooms, which facilitate better communication and streamline my workflow. The training provided by Trumpet was straightforward, requiring only an hour to get the sales team up to speed.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It's not that easy to add documents, I believe this can be smoother and faster. It feels like too many clicks.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to monitor if my customers open shared documents, track deal status, and organize sales information in one place to keep everyone aligned and deals active when I'm not present.

 ### 47. Streamlines Sales Process with Ease and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Consulting Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like how easy Trumpet is to use. The team is also super helpful; whenever I have a question, they get back to us right away. The templates have been great too! Having visibility into what sales and marketing materials the prospect cares about has been valuable.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

No dislikes yet.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to organize materials in one place, engage prospects with personalized videos, and streamline the sales process. Before Trumpet, we were taking time after every call to organize and send materials via email. With Trumpet, it is all in one place already, and we just do some quick customizations for that prospect and send the pod.

 ### 48. Very useful tool for sales to manage deals more effectively

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Really useful tool for sales - with some customisation you can make the mini-site really personalised for each deal. Especially helpful in multi-stakeholder deals where they can share internally, rather than wading through email threads with all the resources you've shared.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The only thing that comes to mind is adding media / logos. In an ideal world it would be more drag and drop between the sections. If this was tackled, it would be a 10.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with multi stakeholder deals where people are introduced to the process at different stages means they have a centralised location for all resources we've shared, and can get up to speed faster.

 ### 49. Unified Resources, Somewhat tricky to learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that my customers get better engagements with our materials because Trumpet is a one-stop place to find everything. My customers are not having to go to a lot of different areas to connect the dots on all the things we've talked about and shared, which pulls everything together nicely. I also appreciate the reporting analytics from Trumpet, as the insight allows me to tailor my follow-up questions and conversations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The drag and drop editor and the ability to correctly link videos and documents using the right widget is pretty clunky, and it hasn't been the best experience. It took a while to figure out how to use it. It was not the most easiest tool to learn, although there were plenty of resources shared, it had somewhat of a clunky interface.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to aggregate resources and call recordings, solving the issue of scattered emails and helping clients see what's next and remaining in the process. It improves customer engagement by providing all materials in one place, aiding in understanding client interests through analytics.

 ### 50. Effortless Deal Progression and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to use and customizable. It's really convenient that I can quickly spin it up directly from my CRM. Being a busy executive, I appreciate how I can quickly set up a room without spending too much time clicking buttons. It helps me follow up after a call before moving to the next one, which saves me a lot of time and gives me something professional to present to my prospects. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Honestly, there's nothing much I can think of. I think, like, as a next phase, and I think this is part of how we've implemented Trumpet. If you can if it can feed directly from the deal record, and customize like, auto generate certain things that are tailored to the deal. Like a executive summary, like challenges, pain points, that would be amazing. I think it already has that, but we haven't implemented those tools internally.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize resources, track customer engagement, and manage deal progression effectively. It helps lay out next steps and involve stakeholders. It's easy to use, customizable, integrates with my CRM, and saves time by facilitating quick follow-ups.
