Easy to use, update and create new content
The team are super helpful with any queries (even when its an us issue and not them!)
we use it thoughout the sales cycle and beyond into account management as well!
Integrations are super easy to set up and as already mentioned the team are on hand from the start to help get you going as well as the duration of using the platform, full support and no corners cut! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, its great!
Wish we had it sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trumpet has helped our sales team to simplify the process of sharing content (and ends the hell of long email chains!) and has allowed us to keep so much of our customer comms in one channel: this is a HUGE asset - both to us as sellers and, more importantly, to our buyers.
It's helped us to reduce our sales cycle, multi-thread more effectively and capitalise on those moments crucial moments of timing that are oh so game-changing.
To top it off, the team & support are excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional performance issues but, given the volume of features they've released in such a short space of time, this is a fair trade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really intuitive to use. It does a great job of balancing options and simplicity.
I like the ease of use. It's like building a private website. Trumpet reminds me of SquareSpace or Wordpress.com, but simplified and streamlined for sales. And it's easy to copy best practices and designs from successful rooms across our sales org.
The analytics look good, but I haven't personally looked at them.
For context, I'm an SDR for a company with a technical product, and my job is to reach out to senior engineering leaders. I use Trumpet to offer gated resources and product info for them to share internally before and after demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike. Interface could be less clunky, but it already exceeds my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It is easy to make templates and re-use saving time when sending out information.
- It is really powerful when you bring it up at the start of a call to set upfront contracts with next steps and directing people to specific meeting recordings from the past.
- It's really great to be able to go in and see your colleagues different pods and see what is working well and share/steal.
- It's easy to use and for the most part intuitive.
- Ali and Russel at Trumpet have been great support. We have a slack channel where we can ask questions and they get answers and resolutions quickly.
- Integrations to Outreach and other tools.
- Being able to see live when someone is on the Pod and tracking their movement so you can work with them on it.
- The next steps is really powerful mutual action plan when used right.
- As with anything, it's about executing it well as an individual contributor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- I wouldn't say it's a negative but the company is still young so there's still a lot of development work going on and so little things need to change but the changes happen quite quickly or there is a reasonable work around.
- This is less of a trumpet issue and just a more general challenge. If you ask a prospect/customer to enter their email to access the page, it's a barrier to entry and I think that prevents many from joining. If you set the setting that anyone can join without an email, then you can't track who's on it. It's a difficult conundrum. The Trumpet team have come with great ideas around it but it's something that maybe reduces the usage by prospects a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trumpet has been a game-changer for our sales team. The platform makes it incredibly easy to create personalised, engaging sales proposals that help us stand out from the competition. Our prospects love the interactive experience, and we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in engagement and conversion rates.
The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features significantly streamline our workflow, saving our sales team valuable time. We no longer have to chase after follow-ups manually as Trumpet helps us track interactions and tailor our outreach accordingly. Plus, the integrations with our existing tools make the workflow seamless.
The customer support team are also fantastic! They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any questions. What we love best is:
- Personalisation at scale
- Easy-to-use interface
- Time-saving automation
- Great customer support
The problems Trumpet is helping us to solve are:
- Streamlining our sales process
- Improving engagement with prospects
- Reducing manual follow-ups
I highly recommend giving Trumpet a try if you're looking for a tool that enhances your sales and marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - it's great. 100% excellent. Thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trumpet is a solid choice for businesses looking to streamline their marketing and sales efforts! Its ease of use and powerful feature set make it a great tool for both sales, CSM and marketing teams looking to automate and optimize their campaigns. While there are some areas where it could expand in terms of advanced features, it's a really intuitive tool that helps me illustrate my pitch to clients. I use this frequently in my day-to-day tasks and we always receive positive feedback from clients as well on how user-friendly they have found Trumpet as a one-stop-shop for all of their resources. I think it is somewhat limited in terms of making Trumpet pods - for example, it would be great to have more customisation, white-listing features so that you can really personalise it to your taste. Maybe I'm just not technically minded, though! I have also found it difficult to organise my pods - I have so many as I use Trumpet daily and create a number of pods weekly, so it would be nice to have the ability to organise these a bit so I can easily find the one that I am looking for, or be able to group them together by pod type, client, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sales process
The entire process was run A-sync and I think we only had 2 or 3 zoom calls max during the process. We communicated via the trumpet tool itself. As a RevOps buyer, that really made me consider the future value of my reps doing this and how much efficiency we could drive from having these deal rooms. We are now replicating some of Rory's process into our own and using video 'breadcrumbs' within our deal rooms to help our champions engage more stakeholders within the organisations we are working with. It makes the entire sales process easier for all involved.
Implementation:
Really easy to set up - Drag & drop functionality with 'widgets'. It's all really intuitive. It was realy easy to copy over our own brand into our templates.
Rory ran an insanely smooth sales process using his own tool. It sucked us into the tool & made us really think about the potential value of the tool in our own sales processes
The CS team as exceptional and they are just genuienly nice folks over at Trumpet. It's been a joy so far.
I would highly recommend Trumpet to any RevOps or Sales Leader looking to stad out from the crowd and make the buyer journey a little easier because software selling is hard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I didn't use deal rooms in previous roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Trumpet every single day, and I can’t imagine managing deals without it. Trumpet has been a game-changer for streamlining collaboration with prospects. Instead of just sending static documents or scattered emails, we can now create a shared space where both sides stay aligned throughout the deal cycle.
What I love most:
Mutual Action Plans – Everyone knows the next steps, no guesswork
Real-Time Tracking – We see exactly what prospects are engaging with
Seamless Collaboration – No more chasing updates; everything is in sync
Smarter Follow-Ups – We can tailor outreach based on what actually matters to them
Getting started was incredibly smooth—the Trumpet team made sure we were up and running in no time. They didn’t just hand us the tool and walk away; they took the time to understand our process, train our team, and offer best practices. Their account management is top-notch, always responsive and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downfall for me is when you make a change to commerials it updates without saving the previous price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It support the entire lifecycle. One location for all customer / prospect activity to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged. The pods also become a central location for us as a business to be able to review the entire sales process and ensure an efficient handover to our delivery and customer success teams to ensure we deliver the value / ROI the customers expected. We've even had customers / prospects comment on how helpfu it is for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found any as yet, but I know that our data team have found that our customer support team super helpful as we continue to grow our our useage of Trumpet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how customisable Trumpet is! This takes a while to set up, but once you're up and running, it's very useful for looping in other stakeholders for larger new business opportunities.
Building mutual action plans and holding people accountable is one of the most useful features for sure, and this has recently helped me uphold a high ACV for my largest deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a while to build each pod, so i don't do this for my smaller new business opportunities.
Additionally, the proposals piece needs a bit of work - i currently have to build my own proposals on a powerpoint, export to PDF, and then upload into Trumpet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
