The implementation is very hard as you need to make the Truecommerce implementation team walk them trhorugh each and everything, eventhough you have shared the EDI documentation. Configuration changes are not developer friendly and most of the configuration settings are blackbox and need to be routed thorugh a representative from Truecommerce. Not enough availability of setup staff or tech support, causes delays in onboarding new trading partners or resolving issues. Aso, some duplicate data charges. They don't have their own VAN.
