True Commerce customer service team is absolutly excellent. I am FAR from and EDI expert, so when anything comes up I don't know, I reach out and ALWAYS get the best service and normally super fast. TC handles all our EDI needs, with no issues. They offer continuing ed webinars once a month that are always helpful. Not sure there is a better platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
