What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

If I need something mapped and can't figure it out, they are happy to help me everytime! I appreciate that I have a dedicated person to help with new Trading Partner setups. The follow through on help tickets is great!

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

Updating ASN's! Other than that, if I have a problem, they have a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have trading partners with multiple locations per PO. EDI allows us to export those orders quickly and easily into QuickBooks. We are also able to manage order tracking through ASN's, rather than updating tracking in each vendor's portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
