What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

We switched to True Commerce from another provider. The process was simple. The implementation team took lead. They worked with our trading partners on your behalf. Simple. After onboarding a few partners, we started onboarding our own partners. The mapping is easy. After a year on the system I transferred the EDI management back to the business. They are now able to manage and maintain all EDI with little to no IT needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

The system is easy to understand and fairly simple to use. Even the non-tech savvy can navigate the interface and make necessary updates. The customer service response time is better than most and they solved our issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

Having to navigate multiple screens to do a few processes manually (like entering tracking and dates for an ASN) makes the process time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
