What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

The software effectively processes all required transactions including labelling requirements of the largest retailers at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

The departments within T/C are all compartmentalized with separate queues for each area. This form of organization requires some patience from the user to trouble shoot and resolve problems or perform an implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The accuracy of our transaction processing has improved because less manual intervention is required. This also results in lower labor costs. With EDI capability we appear to be a more substantial and therefore more trustworthy business to our retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
