I like the fact that it's a cloud based EDI solution, you're able to check, review and transmit your PO's anywhere you are as long as you have computer access. True Commerce saves us a lot of time processing wholesale orders. Excellent customer support when a problem arrives and it is easy to master the program. The program has limitations, but we have found it very helpful on the wholesale end. The program also saves us a hundreds of hours of manual data enty by transferring information to and from our vendors, and to and from our accounting software.
