If you are having trouble connecting your outside vendors to the system, the EDI team is more than willing to help solve any problems you might be having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that when you call in to support you have to have someone call you back. It may take several hours for this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Low cost to take our old process, non-EDI, and now we re integrated into distribution for visibility to all of our products. Very inexpensive startup and monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
would like an easier method to upload an excel file to populate the data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since using TrueCommerce we have not had any major issues, any time we need to set up a new customer via EDI, they are extremely helpful from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been major improvements on the site, one thing it was lacking was the ability to search for a specific order, thankfully they added this feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Friendly user face and an abundance of help documentation and resources. I also like that if you call gets disconnected while waiting on hold for support, they call you back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you initially onboard a new trading partner, they only bring general mapping to the testing. You then have to submit your specific mapping after the fact. It would be nice if all of the mappings could be completed upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of true commerce to receive EDI orders. True Commerce customer service respond quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Filter options are not as good as their old version, where you didn't have to set parameters before using filters. Also the web version is slower than the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eliminating data entry. It's nice to be able to hit "export" and all the POs convert to SOs in Sage 100. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Costs add up. Things that seem like they should just be part of the package and process are sometimes thousands of dollars extra. I definitely feel like the sales process was super disingenuous- not disclosing how many thousands of dollars it was going to cost me to set everything up just how I wanted it. I also think that sales did not ask enough questions or learn enough about our business-- now that I see all the extras and how much they add up to.
2. Internet Explorer? Are you kidding me? I don't even know if I need to explain this to potential customers, but the interface for using Foundry is IE. No other browser will work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that 'data fields needed' are highlighted, are helpful to the 'Clerks' who are working in their processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 'Support Chats' sessions are very tiresome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
