I like that I'm about to follow a sales order - invoice - ASN - EDI all in order, and all in one place! No extra paperwork, nothing new to print! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user-friendly Foundry platform is easy to navigate. True Commerce provides ample help documentation and resources. We can print our UCC-128 shipment labels from within Foundry- this is a crucial must-have for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you add Trading Partners, the Trading Partner you want to do business with typically has their EDI requirements. It was hard to understand how True Commerce would help us meet the criteria- i.e. what does a basic trading partner setup look like and entail? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EDI allows me to organize my orders exceptionally efficiently. I also very much like that invoicing can be done through EDI as well. I am able to get much more done in a day now that I do not have to manually enter all of my orders one at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that pricing doesn't always load when I import files into EDI. It seems there are too many different places to put shipping information, so this information generally doesn't populate. I would like EDI even more if all of our customers used it so I didn't have two processes for ordering and invoicing instead of 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
