TrueCommerce has allow us to grow our business because so many of our customers require EDI in order to conduct business. TrueCommerce is an easy entry point for those new to EDI - the software is easy to administer, and easy for daily users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a prolonged integration process. Which most likely due more to our using an outdated database and software for our order management more so than TrueCommerce's inability to process the EDI files. I don't like that you have to pay for each user in the system. If you do not, only one person can process orders or products at a time. TrueCommerce's sales and onboarding processes were extremely detailed. Onboarding will take a significant amount of time, and that's to be expected. With EDI, measure twice, cut once, and it's absolutely worth it. TC dedicates as much time as you need to make sure your launch is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TrueCommerce has a terrific platform and an outstanding team. In our experience, this means that they are in incredibly high demand as they experience huge growth. Support post-launch can be a little slow unless it's a high-priority, work-stopping issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I can think of is that we cannot EDI past invoices with a past date on them. Any past invoices are EDI'd with the current date on them and that doesn't work out well with the customers. Support can be dicey. Some support is great, others sometimes are pretty lacking in skill. Each new support staff you speak to has to be ramped up on your companies process and mappings which can take a long time. If True Commerce had a dedicated rep for each account (could handle several) that would make the support process super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
