The best part of True Commerce EDI is their customer service. We had the need to add another trading partner though a different company and True Commerce got in touch with us right away and helped us through the process.

The system is robust, and it is great for hands-on people. You can control a lot of the transmitting documents the way you like and map to the fields you want with Mapping Tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited resources and staff. Some missed meetings forgot to send out invites, and causing your project delay. Also the system needs to use IE with Silverlight. Their technology is tool old. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything I necessarily dislike. The only think DA can continue to work on is next gen VMI solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two things:
1) The response time for critical issues when calling in is quick and gets the problem resolved during the same phone call, either by having their support team remote into your desktop or by tweaking settings on their end.
2) The Transaction Manager user interface is clear and easy to use. On Transaction Manager itself there area a lot of improvements and additions done recently, incorporating features that were only available on the customer center web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While True Commerce offers to export many uncommon EDI transactions via FTP as flat files to your ERP, the mapping for those transactions is custom-made by their support team. Unless you add the mapping feature to your account (which is an extra fee), you will depend on the mapping and implementation team for any modifications if required. It is not a bad thing if you don't have IT support in-house to work on the mapping changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
