What I like best about True Commerce is that I don't have to use them very often. They are one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes days for anyone to return emails. Projects that are expected to take 4 weeks stretch out over a year. Support cases and requests get closed with no communication or work performed. It is obvious they don't have enough qualified help. They no longer even offer chat support. You have to call them to find out you are the eleventh person on hold then after 30 minutes on hold, you can leave your callback number but never receive a return call from them. TrueCommerce helps us put all our orders in one place, and then transfer them to our ordering platform. It is as simple as a click of a button! Mapping items are simple and orders are generated in seconds to our Netsuite account. This makes helping our customers and getting information that we require as simple as possible. EDI is a complicated business, especially when dealing with many trading partners! TrueCommerce was a great solution to use to integrate with BusinessCentral because they had already done the heavy lifting for us! Their integrations with BC were a lifesaver! I really appreciate that the support team is U.S. based and easy to work with. You have the option to get quicker help via phone or less urgent help via submitting email cases. Our Integration Specialist was patient with us and helped us a lot when we first integrated NetSuite with TrueCommerce and were brand new to the world of EDI. I think the documentation available to users could be improved. It would be helpful to know what purpose each template for specific trading partners was created for when trying to select which is most applicable to one's company without having to test back and forth with each one. Also. it would be helpful if there was a spot to log notes or somehow document what each change for each specific trading partner in one's setup was for. For instance, there are many different lookup tables available in our account, many with not very descriptive names, so it would be helpful see a text box of what the purpose of each one is/what it accomplishes.
