I like how easy it is to navigate the site. Coming into my position, I have no expierence with EDI, but this site is very user-friendly. I rarely need help from my manager to find something within the site, and they have years of expierence! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that sometimes we get documents stuck in the outbox with errors for 'missing information,' but we've never needed that information before and it used to send fine. it's almost like it's picky! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that they have great customer service tech people. They are always able to help no matter the issue, even since it's been set up. Very user-friendly. I love that it highlights when something is wrong with a document so it's super easy to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
