Implementation processes have an assigned specialist, but they are more like glorified project managers and the customer has to "just know" EDI terminology and reach out to the trading partner to get certain info.

I feel that Trading Partner connections should be handled like a turn key operation.

Takes too long to integrate EDI. Teams that service integration just seem not to care enough. It was, for a very long time disruptive to our businessdealing with True Commerce. We had to keep trying to engage management. They know you need them and so they don't seem to service you properly. We were changing account reps and supervisors and every new person that came onboard promised to get things done and then just didn't. There are accounts that too OVER TWO YEARS!Service. for one customer we went with a competitor that provided less functionality and less chasing people down. My favorite functionality, by far, is the Scheduler. It allows you to schedule the export/import/sending of multiple transactions to automate processes like ASN's Invoices and Inventory feeds.

I also like the mapping manager, where we can specify which customer data fields are exported to Netsuite for inbound transactions or which Netsuite fields are used on outgoing transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
