A great software for all the small and medium sized businesses, perfect solution for their growth in the market. There are a lot of functionalities included in this platform which makes your workflow more easier and easy happenings. It is a cloud based system so can be used from anywhere at anytime. Everything is safe and secured un this, all the data and information imported int this are encrypted end to end, no data loss is seen. Sometimes the software takes time for processing bigger-sized data or documents. Deploying some of the features in this platform are time consuming. The workflow and processing of platform is affected due to poor internet connectivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TrueCommerce effectively integrates into NetSuite, our preferred ERP platform, allowing the customer significant control. In the past, other platforms required almost all changes to be implemented through their professional services teams. Pretty much every trading document type is supported that we have come across. TrueCommerce has a very non-standard approach to their user interface that can be confusing to get used to. Options are buried in menu layers, and getting back to previous locations can be confusing. The entire UX is in a single browser tab, a significant improvement from their older platform but still very odd in a web-based product where you would expect to be able to open multiple tabs on separate screens. While they offer a mapping tool, the language used for templating and conditional statements is poorly documented and unlike any other syntax I have seen. TrueCommerce EDI helps us automate order and invoice processing and communication, reducing the risk of errors and freeing up admin staff time for other tasks.
